This review is for the McDonald's at 14200 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32250. I just had a Big Mac meal, dining in. The restaurant was very clean, including the restroom, which is rare. I ordered from the kiosk and my meal was delivered to me quickly and without incident. This was not the case when I had breakfast at a different McDonald's. The burger Nand fries were perfect. Again, very different from earlier in the day. Kudos to the manager and staff!

I’ve never left a review in my life and I just had to come and leave one. I’ve never been more impressed by a Mcdonald’s and it’s not just one time, it’s every single time I go. This is my closest mcdonald’s and i’ve never once been disappointed with the service and have received HOT food every single time without fail. The employees are friendly and hardworking and are going going going. Just wanted to say I appreciate this Mcdonald’s so much lol.

Hunter was awesome. Played along while I lightly teased my girlfriend about her mayo and fries addiction, then ended it by giving her some packets of mayo wrapped in napkins. #teammayoKid-friendliness: I was the child making fun of my girlfriend in this situation ?
Manager Brittany on night shift is very rude, she slam the drive through window in my face, while I was trying to ask a question, I will not be ordering food from there.

It's McDonald's so you know what to expect. The drive thru generally moves quickly. Cashiers at the window are always polite. They did forget to put the sausage patty on the sausage and egg McDuffie but I was almost home when it was discovered so not much to do about it.
