Rude service and incorrect order. I just sat down to eat my breakfast thinking I got a steak egg and cheese bagel then to find out it’s wrong. That really pisses me off. A bacon egg and cheese bagel is not what I ordered. I didn’t get a receipt but I used my card so I have proof.

While out & about running errands I stopped at this McDonalds for a quick beverage for me and fries for my favorite 4-legged friend.
I placed my order in the drive-thru and once at the window, I decided to ‘pay it forward’ by taking care of the car behind me. I often do this to honor a family member who died WAY TOO EARLY in life! I tell the cashier that I’d like to pay for the car behind me and then leave a ‘pay it forward’ card for the cashier to give to the recipient. The card explains my family member’s story and asked the recipient to repeat the actions shown to them in an effort to spread kindness!
I’ve done this many times & many places. This particular day was NO different… until the cashier had to call the manager for a turn of the register key. I literally overheard the female manager SCREAM out loud to the cashier, ‘ the next person to do this….. tell them NO. I don’t have time for this shit!’ I don’t know if she knows I heard her tirade, but what kind of way is that to speak of a paying customer? Better yet, what kind of way is that to speak of someone trying to spread good in this world?
This McDonald’s has lost my patronage as long as that lady is still a member of their management staff! Rudeness has no place in this world…. Especially when someone is helping someone else out!

I want to thank the staff — it used to feel like no one even noticed you here. But recently, the young women working there have been very attentive and polite to their customers, even when it’s just a delivery. I really appreciate the improvement in service!

The service at this McDonald's has gone downhill. They no longer bring your food to your table. They denied to honor my buy one sandwich get one free coupon, and the manager refused to honor their buy one burger get one for a dollar special. Normally a manager who is properly trained will attempt to make things right when a customer complains so you will visit their restaurant again. This McDonald's doesn't seem to care about return customers.

This was the worst experience I have ever had! My boyfriend ordered me a Big Mac and some fries, with only pickles, cheese and pickels and the sauce, arrived at my house with no meat or chesse, fries were overly salty and soggy. He called the store and as we got there Jessica the lady he spoke with remade, we asked for new fries and she threw them across the counter and had such a nasty attitude and dug threw the trash to find the receipt and didn’t wash her hands going back onto the line
