Rude employees, this McD is on my way but I always have a negative experience . Last time I went there I placed order on app. They told me I was at wrong location and I couldn't transfer order which is not true. They are just lazy and will never go there again

Ordered an ICED caramel macchiato. When handed the drink it was over flowing and completely hot. I asked the lady at the window what it was and she looked confused. Looked at her screen and told me it was the iced caramel macchiato. It looked like hot watered down milk I told her and she replied with “well that’s how the machine makes it idk.” When I say hot, it was hot. Zero caramel or even the slightest hint of any color besides white. She handed me the food and l shut the window. I guess that’s what I was getting. Will not be ordering any of their “coffees” ever again. I understand it’s not necessarily a coffee shop by any means but she could’ve offered a replacement or another option instead of shutting the window on me. Very disgusting behavior in my opinion. I will now spend my day cleaning up all the hot milk that spewed from the lid all over my car. Thanks.

Age 76 here. This is my go-to McDonald's, usually for breakfast. I dine in - never have used the drive-through - and, overall, I'm satisfied. I believe that it's true that since the Pandemic, fast food joints, including this one, realized that ghost restaurants make more money. So, they discourage dine-ins by not staffing the front counter like they used to. I place my order through the app, but I feel sorry for other older customers who wait and wait for someone to come out, or who struggle with the kiosks. It's true that they have one manager who can be testy, but most of the staff is pleasant and accommodating.

Woman in drive thru is UNBELIEVABLY rude and i don't know how she still has a job. she needs to go. so rude over the intercom cuts me off and tells me to pull forward. told me i was only allowed to get bbq when my apple pay was loading she slammed the drive thru window in our face.

If I can I will rated with 0 .most of the time the order is wrong , uncompleted and to wait on curbside for only 2 French fries is ridiculous. Before even giving me the wrong order I never wrote a bed review but today was enough

If I could give this a zero I would. Everytime I go there and order the same thing they ring me up wrong and try to charge me 3 extra dollars or sometimes 4$ then when I asked for them to re ring it. They act like they aren't wrong . I think they are trying to steal!
