Cold food and horrible customer service. Black racist employees each time I have been here I have always been Pleasant and polite but I am always greeted with eye rolls and Rotten attitudes. Then I watch how they treat Black customers and they are very nice to them. Racism at its worst.

I TOOK MY DOG AND KIDS TO THIS LOCATION AND THEY LOVED IT!!! My dog got a quarter pounder extra cheese, he lit UP when he saw it! One member, Izaiah fed it to my dog while I was pulled up at the drive through waiting. My dog now LOVES zai and always yelps when I go to McDonalds. My kids ate their food up! Karina on top as the best manager always showing me and my family love. RIVER CITY ON TOP LEM TURNER 👎👎👎

The service here is horrible they stuff all your food in one bag when you ask for 5 combos to be separated it’s a problem I asked for a cup of water instead of a coffee this morning with the 5 dollar meal the cashier said she would have to get a manager for a cup of water instead.

The staff is lazy, they mess up your order then have an attitude when asked to fix it. Today I asked if I could add cheese on my order and they said no since I’ve already paid for it (with attitude of course) but I’ve literally gone to this same location and added things to my order after paying with no problem. The attitude is just annoying and uncalled for. McDonald’s needs to stop hiring ratchet teenagers that get mad they have to do the job they were hired to do.
