I ordered food from app to this franchise and when we got there we were told there was no order. It wasn't the manager(who wore a mask and no name tag.look like a thug) And told me that he would only give me food if I gave him money. He pretended to be furious because I pushed back over my 1. Asking where my food was 2. How do I get my money back Looks like this store was taken over by rogue workers!!!

This is the worse McDonald to go to. The service is super slow and the service there is like they don’t care about the timing of an order that was placed. The early morning breakfast staff is like molasses. I suggest for people to go to the McDonalds on Nature Park way only 3 minutes down the way

Horrendous experience. Stopped in from the highway and spent 35 minutes waiting on two hamburger meals. I finally had to stand at the counter and stare at the workers before they even STARTED on my order.
I’ve had the absolute worst coffee ever there. Having been on the road for many hours and needing a cup of coffee, it was about at lunchtime when I stopped here to get one. I didn’t take the first sip until I was back on the interstate, which was a mistake, because had I tasted it before I left, I would absolutely have returned it for a refund. It tasted like coffee which had been sitting on the burner for hours, turned to sludge, and then watered down. Absolutely unable to drink the thing. Shameful!!!

Ordered a 10 pc nugget and double filet with no tartar sauce cooked to order. was given the ten piece and a at least 20 minute old with tartar sauce single filet, and was still charged for a double; didn't find out until i got home. extremely disappointing.
