Terrible place, I ordered a standard chicken burger not spicy, they just gave me a bun and a cutlet without sauce and salads , and the cutlet turned out to be spicy, this is the worst place
Dude this place had one job one job! And they failed, I asked for a kid’s happy meal and a 6 pice mc nugget and they gave me 4 this place needs to be shut down NOW! I’M NOT HAPPY WITH THEM AT ALL

Lazy workers all sitting in dinning room 8-17-25 3am refused to serve me, I’m a truck driver so it was disappointing

Their was only one person at the drivethrough that tried to be helpful, the manager outright said all delivery orders must come inside. However their business owner knows its quicker to go through drivethrough than standing in and waiting to even be acknowledged. Absolutely lazy manager not wanting to hand through the drivethrough

Went through the drive through ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, plane and a 10 piece meal with the Coke waited in the drive through for 20 minutes to receive food. Hit the corner to pull over to eat dinner. And our burgers, we're so black, they look like hockey pucks.
I go inside to get my meal fixed. Try to explain what's going on to the white guy with glasses And he just snatches the bag out of my hand and yells back to the cook, and it wasn't even what my order was...
And I proceed to stand there for another 15 minutes and the cook yells to the 2 girls handling the food out the window that they need to hand me my Burgers, and they just look completely lost...
I continue to still stand there, another girl walked out from the bathroom, and seeing I was getting aggravated. Her name was leah, if it wouldn't have been for her, I wouldn't have gotten my food because they were just completely horrible in there.There was no communication, the manager the white guy with the glasses completely needs to be fired.How he talked to me and how he interacted with me as a customer is unprofessional.
So I basically was at McDonald's for a total of 45 minutes and he proceeds to tell me, oh, just give them a minute after I had kind of lost my temper, and said, The PROBLEM HERE is that y'all AREN'T COMMUNICATING.
It was as quiet as a mouse in there. And they all are lost and confused....
if it takes you forty five minutes to figure out an order at a fast food restaurant as a manager or as an employee, you don't need to be doing your job... this was unbelievable. They really need to work on communication skills.
Let alone that manager does not need to be a manager. I did not get his name, but it was a white guy with glasses and ginger red hair....
But I would like to praise that girl leah, because she made sure I got my food and it was hot and got me out the door....
So THANK YOU Leah you we're APPRICATED.

First off the lady who took my order was RUDE AS HELL!!! Second when got to the window she didn’t speak one word to me nor give me a receipt. She messed up my whole order and when i tried to call store no one answers!!!! I tried getting a hold of Mc donald’s corporate but that number is out of service what a joke! Will never go back to mcdonald’s again! what a group of incompetent CLOWNS!!! You had one job to listen to the customer and you failed

Visited this location on 7/23/25 2:08pm with a friend. Walking in, I could tell that the lobby hadn't been cleaned in some time. That's typical of this location. I used the kiosk to order, but had to pay at the counter. I usually don't request a receipt, but this time I did. I had asked for cook to order fries. The cashier was having some trouble ringing things up, so he called for help when I made my request. The manager came up, visibly irritated, but showed him how to ring it up. My friend had requested the same of her fries, and paid just before I did. Her receipt said 'well done', while mine said 'special request', so I approached the counter to ask what the difference was, just wanting to make sure my friend's were in fact 'cook to order' and not 'well done'. The manager, appearing more irritated at my question, came up. I showed both receipts, and told him that I wanted to make sure they were both cook to order only, not well done. Our orders came up, we looked thru our bags, she got her cook to order fries, I did not. Not wanting to deal with anymore attitude, we left. If he was going to display such irritation, perhaps he should work in a field that better suits him, but he shouldn't take his frustration out on me. I'm in and out of this McDonald's way too much to have to deal with this nasty of an attitude, especially from management.
