After a bad morning at the doctor I decided to accompany my mom to this mcdonalds. Being handicapped it is hard sometimes for me to use the kiosk. We walked up to the counter to order when a lady came over and very rudely ordered us to use the kiosk and wouldn't help. All we were asking for was a little help putting in our order. it's sad because this horrible customer service is what killed so many great food chains. the customer isn't always right but when your associates refuse...read full review
