I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. The staff here totally lack basic skills—when you try to order or pick up food, they just disappear while talking. So rude and completely unprofessional. If you don’t wanna screw up your mood, do NOT come here.

Apparently when I come here my phone service is in a dead zone spot so I am unable to use my reward code. Idk the guy name but his tone through drive through was rude and then another young lady came on the drive lane to assist me which I appreciate but no matter who comes in or out the drive thru or the doors treat people with kindness. I won’t be returning back here.

We went for breakfast and the service and food were terrible. When I got to the counter there was no one there so I went to place my order at the machine. I got all the way to the end to pay and it said that it wasn’t working. I had to wait for someone to come to the counter to order and pay. She handed me my cups and I went to get the drinks and the ice machine didn’t work. I had to go back to the counter to wait on someone to come back and she said yes the ice machine doesn’t work (so why did y’all give me empty cups then). Once we started eating, my biscuit was rock hard and the hash brown tasted like straight grease.
Just drive the extra couple miles and go to the next McDonald’s it’s not worth the wait or aggravation. Lived next to this McDonald’s for 3 years and have had more times I’ve been told I can’t receive/or get my mobile order than actually getting my food. on the app at this location for a year and a half you couldn’t order any frappes or iced coffee besides Carmel. Most recent visit after telling my mobile order code at the speaker, I waited in line for 5-10 mins for a car that had been sitting sense I arrived and was the only car, because the person in front was friends with the cashier and continued a conversation as I waited behind , then finally I get to the window at 3:57 and get told I can’t get my order because it’s 4:00am even though I placed the order 20 mins ahead and had to wait on a conversation that wasn’t needed since person already had all their food. Im told since the app wouldn’t let me do a refund, to come back later that day to get refund, then as I pull off my phone dings a notification saying they served my order (aka I just got no food and no refund for a order)

At least 2 kiosk were out of order and didnt tell you until you tried to pay. I couldnt get any help at the counter and this was around 5pm so it wasnt like a lunch rush or anything. Finally got my food and it tasted like it looked, sloppy.
