I usually have no complaints because it’s McDonalds. Every now and then I crave a hot n spicy with maybe a burger or two and order on app cause it’s cheap and collect points. But my last trip I came through drive through. I asked for extra sauce and will pay for it the big heavy set black women screams loud to person giving me my order to make me go around and order it again. I thought that was very rude I’m not going around again just to order sauces on some that takes 30 seconds

As a black woman, in my younger days I have worked in McDonalds before in high-school. I’m 22 now and I know to give great customer service although I’m not in the food industry anymore I still know how to respect my customers the lady in the drive through on Jan 17th working night shift was rude on drive through she had a adidas jacket on no one had on a hat net and the white boy who was doing the drinks in the front did not know how to make an Arnold Palmer. We told him more than once half tea half lemonade and the black woman who finally decided to give us a refund was rude she had big curly hair with a hat on and she ignored us and expected us to yell out what the issue was with our order. So we simply said refund and we left. This establishment needs better employees and people who actually want to work. Do not apply for a job if you can not complete the task at hand. I’m a woman of respect and excellence this is terrible, to come back to my hometown and have the staff treat us very nasty! I will never come to this establishment ever again and I do not recommend anyone to come here. Lastly I do not like being rushed to Order my food through drive through. Have a great day. I will be reaching out to a general manager because I am very dissatisfied.

Hit or miss with this place, seems like a lot of workers there only treat certain customers with respect. I only pull up a few times after school, or my job. Trying to be as nice as possible. My guy, I order 10 nuggets and a drink that’s it. The people infront of me get a “have a good night baby” while I get starred at like I’m an alien or something. All I order is a nugget, drink and I even respond with yes ma’am no ma’am even when being asked “what you want” when I pull up, like DAMN a “how are you doing today” would be nice…I don’t know where y'all find your workers. Shoutout to that one late night ladt manager though, I be pulling up hella late and even offered a tip bc of her service, we appreciate YOU darling.

This place is horrible. I was picking up an order for DoorDash, it took 15 minutes past pickup time to get my order. While I was waiting, 3 female employees that were working the front area/drive through, were arguing and cussing. The drive thru line was wrapping around the building. Customers in side commented that this location is always like this. My order was simply a quarter pounder, fries and a drink. I will never get food from here. Suggesting you go somewhere else.

This has to be the WORST location in Jacksonville. Either you’re waiting in the drive thru for 30+ minutes, they give you the wrong thing or don’t give you a part of the meal or all of the above. Just left from a 32 minute sit at McDonald’s just for them to give me COLD food and only 4 of the 6 nuggets i asked for. What am I waiting on if the food isn’t even fresh? Never going back to this location. If I could give negative stars I would.

Was told to hold for a second and it turned into over 10 minutes. Absolutely Empty drive-thru and lobby had a handful of people. Definitely NOT busy just dumb.

mc donalds. when did you start providing the options for a rare burger. not gonna lie it went down smooth. was watching a movie when i was partaking in this delicious morsel . my roommate turned on the lights un expected to announce his burger was rare... me who does not mind the partial cooking of beef was astounded.. i recorded a video of the patties and i must say... delicious.
