I was there today for an order pickup at 10:35 pm. A disrespectful employee who was not in uniform shouted from inside after I entered the store saying it was closed, even though the door was open and the stickers said it would only close at 11 pm. They made me wait in the drive thru while they talked inside the store. Disrespectful! Where is the manager???

This morning I went to get my kids breakfast all the cashiers were very pleasant and polite ,fast service still fresh foods S/O to this location!!

Did not adhere to their posted hours, dining room was always closed by 10:45 despite the sign saying they were open until 11. Was there to pick up a delivery, instructions said to ring the doorbell camera they have set up. Kept doing that, was left waiting for over 5 minutes with the employees glancing at me but ignoring me waiting at the door. Eventually had to wait in line at the drive thru.

Probably the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had today. The hashbrowns were dry and burnt and had an hair on it. Orange juice was watered down completely, the lady in the drive thru was rude and rushing us. Luckily, when we came back around the drive thru a different man was up there who swapped our drinks and was apologetic.

went there at 2 am, took our order, everything was fine until we got our food, we ordered two ten pieces, and a big mac. why did we get ONE ten piece, and TWO CHEESEBURGERS?? how do you even mess up that bad? we were one of TWO people there. so we went through the drive through again and ordered another ten piece that we forgot to order the first time (in total we were supposed to have three ten pieces and a big mac) so we’re sitting there like 10 minutes waiting for our big mac and two ten pieces, then they tell us to pull into a parking spot, we’re waiting longer and they finally give us our food and they forgot to remove the pickles off of my big mac. genuinely how do you mess up that bad? i get it’s 2 am and you weren’t expecting anyone or something that’s fine, but not only did they mess up our order SO bad, they were so disinterested in everything and gave us lower than the bare minimum of customer service. jesus christ

I unfortunately come here often. Today takes The cake is my worst experience ever. They take your order as if you did something wrong. You tell him that you use the mobile order and then I’m told to go wait for I’m not even lying 23 minutes.
But there was literally eight people waiting at 6:15 PM. So what’s really going on? When they bring you the food, they Snap at you here you go and just walk away before you can ask about the sauce they didn’t put in the bag. Does this McDonald’s make money on not ever giving you sauce because you can order 10 times and nine times out of 10 you will not get sauce. This is right next to a Taco Bell so it’s horrible business to suck this bad and then have a competitor a stone throw away. Corporate you really should do something about this!

Drive thru is always backed up and only 1 or 2 people working. It's been like this for months. Ridiculous to sit thru a drive thru for 30 min to pick up a simple mobile order

I have had consistent good service and food from here for a while now. Not too many fast food restaurants are consistent like this one. I love using their app. The app only deals are great and a good way to save money. The points add up quickly to save money.
