I went to this McDonald’s with a few of my friends, and the McFlurry machine was out, they couldn’t make frappe‘s, the fries were cold, and then they were overcooked. The second time, they were out of ketchup, the burgers weren’t labeled in the bag and neither were a snack wraps. The grease for the Nuggets looked as it hadn’t been changed in months and the employees were playing, rap music and cursing at each other. The whole restaurant was in chaos and the manager was sitting in the back on her phone and didn’t care about anything going on

When i ordered something from here I was missing straws, a burger, napkins, large fries, only had 9 chicken nuggets, and they gave me onions in 3 plain cheeseburgers when I specifically told them I'm allergic. This is the worst mcdonalds I ever went too.

My boyfriend and I order breakfast at this location. They gave us a part of our order but did not give us the hot cakes I order and already paid for. My boyfriend went up to the cashier multiple times to tell her we were still waiting and even went to another employee and nothing was done. We had already waited 30 minutes and still no pancakes. Well turns out the pancakes were done but they were given to another customer and they had already stopped making breakfast. We left after that point because we didn’t want to wait any longer. This experience was really disappointing.

It would be nice when searching for McDonalds to know *this is inside a Walmart* BEFORE following the GPS.
Probably one of the worst mcdonalds I've ever had the displeasure of eating at. I ordered a medium fry and they gave me a small with literally 6 fries in it. The burgers had these weird hard black bits in them and it was like eating rocks, the bread was stale, the ice machine was clogged and no one would fix it so our drinks were lukewarm, the place was dirty with trash and puddles on the floor, and the employees didn't know what they were doing and got my mothers order wrong twice. They weren't paying attention to the customers that were waiting at all. Seriously, Mcdonalds is usually a 3 or 4 star at best and I've eaten at ones across the country but this place? Don't even bother.

As soon as I walked in, I was given the run down about what they didn’t have by a very somber employee. That is the second time this has happened in about a month. The fries were burned and they were out of ketchup. Terrible!

Very bad service. I went to buy something and she told me to go to the kiosk. I told her I didn't know, and she told me she couldn't sell it to me, and she never sold it to me. It was on March 10, 2025 at 8:17 a very unfriendly woman.
