I had a pretty good experience this afternoon with the drive through person. In the second window he brought me my order in a professional way and I told him about a problem. I had a previous night related to the night crew around 10 o'clock and he got me to the manager and they helped me out and she made me a new order. And I appreciate them for that because I had paid for something that I did not receive. And I also had here in my food from the night. Shift the manager and the crew member. I would like to promote is Jerry and Kiara They were very exceptional and they represented the company A professional manner in my opinion, they could Evaluation to get a raise.

Automatic order machine couldnt take cards, but literally everything else was perfect. My order was made like they thought I was corporate. I havent gotten McDonald's this perfect since I made it for myself 20 years ago.A+

Today I stopped by all I ordered was 1 hashbrown and a small hot latte. They handed me a small hot latte cup and as I got on the highway I decided it was probably cooled down enough to not burn myself and its freezing cold. No ice in it so they didn't think I said iced. They just what? Took it out of a fridge and forgot to heat it? Crazy

Steer clear of this one. This store has a bad habit of not being open or having excessively long shift changes where they will not take orders. I've also had receive the most messed up orders from this particularly location. I won't be coming back to this one. If you have a need specifically for mc Donald's drive a couple extra miles to the one on southside at tinsel town. I've never had a issue with that one being closed or not taking orders.

Not sure why it's hard to follow instructions? Every time I come here or to any location they seem to show exactly how lazy and the lack of being able to follow directions. When they order something I'm sure they would like what they ordered how they ordered it. Note I did not change the order all I did was order what was on the menu as is... Ordered a Deluxe and got a mcchicked without the pickles. For $10.00! All the way around horrible!
