Food hot and fresh I did wait for about 8 minutes but that is ok I told the cashier to please add ketchup to the bag before she pulled me up then my order comes out and no ketchup in bag I was sad until Mr.Eli pulls ketchup out his vest and saves the day ! Thank you ELI

All I wanted was cookies and an ice cream cone! I placed my order on the app, drove over to the location and that is when they started preparing it. I don’t see the point of ordering ahead if they don’t start making it until you arrive. I am now sitting in the car for more than five minutes so I am trying to cancel this order, to no avail. A gentleman comes out with only a bag of cookies stating there are no more cones and asks if I would like a milkshake. Reluctantly I answered yes, he says there would be an up-charge. For something I never wanted!? I was under the impression the difference would be covered by my inconvenience, nope. Now I have to get out the car where a woman tries to tell me she cannot refund my money because the app has nothing to do with her. Lie! I had to show her where it states in the app that the store handles refunds. I asked why the ice cream could not simply be placed in a cup she replied the machine was on a cleaning cycle that would take upwards of two hours but the milkshake comes from a different machine. Why isn’t the cleaning done at night as opposed to the middle of the day I wonder. Unapologetic waste of my time and had me tap my card over five times on their dirty card reader before processing my funds back to my card. Dissatisfied. Also, why was I able to place an order for an unavailable item? 🤔

They make a terribly good large, bagged take out French fry accompanied by request of lots of ketchup packets and salt. Their sweet tea hurts my stomach so I do not order it. I wish for more fry bags as when I’m feeling low energy due to blood pressure and not too much salt, the meal makes me feel wonderful! 🇫🇷 🍟 🍟 🧂 🍅

I love this location. It’s 15 mins from my house but worth the drive. The morning manager gives black excellence and always looks so nice and is so polite, as are the rest of the staff!! They’re never out of anything as far as I know and food is ALWAYS fresh! Thank you guys, with the way the world is today a little kindness goes a lot further than it did before. Taco Bell across the street could use a couple pointer ;P

Went there had a lady see i won a free thing. Which I'm on vacation and spent over a dollar to get it for my kids. Refused to honor it after lying about seeing it. I just dont understand how you teach kids lying is ok. Then never got our order cashed out after 15 minutes of standing there.

Paid for a 4$ item, was told there was no more and was offered an item costing 2$. I asked if i could be refunded the difference, was told by an unprofessional older employee with an afro and I quote “dat not how dat work here”. When did Mcdonalds stoop so low? Employees dont even grasp the concept of refunding the difference. Completely unprofessional staff and should all be fired.

We came in today 08/16/25 for my daughter happy meal, some mc value order and new promotion for adult happy meal. When we paid we asking for honey mustard sauces and paid for that. Bbq sauce was been included in order but when we receiving my food i was ask if the sauce was in the bag, employee told me yes they was in the bottom but when we get home we didn’t have any sauce even bbq or honey mustard. This is not a one time thing. Happend multiple times. Why is last person serve to customers nerver check or this is new practice of franchise to save money and cut cost. If customers pay for the sauce and don’t get it consider stealing. And how many customers have same problem like me? Even kid meal dont have apple slices. Not only this place but another place in Jacksonville fl.

We order from the mcdonalds app and went throug the drive thru. We were greeted by Kathryn. We just want to say that she was amazing. Her bubbly personality and spark is what that place needs. We are regulars at this location and have never been greeted the way she did. She was very helpful. Even though you can tell she looked tired but she still kept her outgoing personality. This Mcdonald's needs more people like her to work. Just thought I needed to leave this review about her. Excellent young lady, amazing personality and amazing smile. Just genuine. Keep her around. Will be back for sure.
