This is by far one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to stay away if you value your time and money

This is by far the worse McDonald’s on the southside. Save your money. There’s another one on Baymeadows not much better but faster and your food will be hot. Yall need better trained employees and managers

What really surprises me is how long, like years, this establishment has been getting horrible reviews. Has the corporate giant McDonald's ever tried to remedy the issues here? Guess as long as people are showing up, they getting they money 💰💰💰

I wish I could give 0 stars. I went a little while back at breakfast time. 30 mins in the drive thru!! I didn't get my mobile order because they some how didn't have it. Got a refund. Worst McDonald's in Jacksonville! And don't bother posting the feedback link, i gave it that day and never received follow up.

There's no enough staff, McDonald's have to improve motivation on their staff. All McDonald's service in Jacksonville SUCKS.

My experience tonight explains the 2.9 star rating for this location. I rarely eat ice cream, but I was in the mood for some tonight. I went to this location and ordered a McFlurry. I placed my order with a male employee who didn't bother to mention that the machine used to mix the Mcflurries was broken and that they (this location) no longer mixes the Mcflurries. He took my order and proceeded to prepare it. When he returned to the counter with the Mcflurry, I checked it and it was basically a few scoopes of ice cream with oreo crumbs sprinkled only on the top. I immediately said, "this is not how its suppose to be" and I gave it back to him. He took it and said, "this is how we make them now". He also uttered something about the machine not working then he went back to mix the Mcflurry by hand. That's when the female emplyee said, "what is she waiting for"? When he returned with the McFlurry the second time, it still wasn't made properly, but he clearly didn't care because he quickly excused himself to the back and was no longer in sight. There I was standing in front of the counter with a product I no longer wanted. I got the attention of the female employee and she came over to the counter. I explained to her that the Mcflurry was made incorrectly even after his 2nd attempt and that I wanted something of equal value instead. Clearly, she didn't care about anything I said because she took the Mcflurry and walked away, also attempting to refurbish the McFlurry for the THIRD time. At that point she should've and could've asked me what I wanted as a replacement, but she didnt. She didn't announce what she was doing, she just walked away with the McFlurry, came back and placed it on the counter in front of me. I reminded her that I wanted something of equal value instead. Thats when she began talking. I guess she thought I was going to take it after they've basically played with my order three times. As I quickly skimmed the menu for something of equal value, she increased her tone, stating that I didnt tell her what I wanted of equal value. I responded by saying you didnt ask or give me a chance to tell you. Truth be told, she didnt seem too interested to know anyway. Her tone increased more as she continued on saying, "you can come back in the morning and complain, I will give you the receipt, but I cant help you or give you a refund, I dont want to deal with you". At one point, instead of talking to me directly, she started looking at other guest while talking to me. It was giving "I need an audience" and "I need everyone to agree with me". Yes, we can all see that you are hostile and hood, hood and hostile, but pipe down because nobody other than your co-workers agree with your approach, your lack of customer service and aggression toward guest. The other employees actually appeared to be calm in comparison to her, which led me to believe that this display of aggression was normal for her and they've adapted to the foolishness. In my opinion, anyone displaying unprofessionalism when it comes to food needs to reconsider career paths. Consider EVS or truck driving. Anything that does not require constant person to peraon communication because this ain't it. The bottom line is that you dont play with peoples food, but that's exactly what they did today with my order. Regardless, of how large or small my order was, the fact still remains that its food. My craving left when her attitude came. Actually, when I saw and felt her unwelcoming demeanor I started wondering if there was a Dairy Queen or Cold Stone nearby. I have connections to people in the franchise which is the reason I was able to confirm so quickly that the presentation had not changed. If I express dissatisfaction with an item, it's not because I expected it to be of the same standard as a Michelin Star restaurant. It's because I know the standard for that particular company and I aware of how its suppose to be presented.

It's good but it has a problem, they close the restaurant to eat inside at 10

This is my favorite McDonald’s. The app is amazing. You can order ahead and they bring it to your car. They also offer free food when you earn points!

They don’t toast the muffins on a McMuffin and I just got a Quarter Pounder, meat was lukewarm at best. This location is terrible, 3 strikes, they’re out!

We went there shortly after an urgent care visit because we skipped dinner. We got a Big Mac meal and 2 fries and hot spicy and a water and Dr Pepper. When we ordered the food the lady on the coms didn’t get our order right. We went to the second window and let them know we ordered a water and Dr Pepper and they seemed irritated. When we tried the food when we got home the Big Mac was extremely spicy and the bread was stale and disgusting. 10/10 don’t recommend. I never really leave reviews or do this but this just wasn’t right.
