Got my order wrong, again, go figure. Not just wrong, but forgot to put some of my food in the bag. It's my fault for not opening everything and checking, I tried to have a little faith, but that ended up not working out. I wasn't even going to leave a review, since I never do, but I literally got a notification to my phone after I left asking me to leave a review, so here I am.

I challenge you to find a worse McDonalds in the greater Jacksonville area. 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon. Waited 15 minutes in the mobile pickup line before going inside to inquire about my order. The employee asked me if I had ordered and I said that I did. He waved a ticket at me and said that he had just got one. I informed him that I had ordered 30 minutes ago and I had been waiting. He then proceed to put together my order that he found on his monitor. Upon inspection of my order the nuggets over cooked, brown lettuce on the burger and probably the worst fries I’ve ever had. Bada ba ba ba kiss my ass.

Went to this location tonight got a ten piece chicken nugget and it was raw. Luckily I’m not a child that would have unknowingly swallowed it. Please make sure your kids food is completely cooked especially from these fast food places.

This could be the most poorly operated McDonald's franchise in the eastern United States. Always always slowed service, you get rushed through placing your order, "does that complete your order", you get pulled around to the other side of the building to wait for your food, only to be forgotten after 27 minutes waiting with a 4-year-old in the car. Just McDonald's location should be avoided at all costs

I've never had an issue here. Foods always fresh. I hardly have to wait, mainly because I order ahead on the app. I've seen the GM several times when I go in for lunch. Mr. Ashley. He's always working like the rest of the crew and was polite to me whenever I needed something. Anyways, I come here atleast twice a week for lunch.

Blasting rap can’t even hear customers talking to them stand 8 feet away and then say hi eight times because you’re too lazy to walk over to me and ask, but you can’t hear me over your music after sending out after sending out three burned biscuits
