We had a poor service here when waited an hour for the order then a service lady said no more apple or strawberry pies. I said “So just cancel that” meaning cancel the item you don’t have. She canceled the whole order. Seriously??? We, with all the kids, waited from around 10PM till around 11PM just to hear from the employee of McDonald said “Your refund will be refunded back to the card you used to paid for this order”. Ridiculous 🤥 It’s sad that owner/manager don’t even care about how their staffs treat customers. Service standards have been lowered way below par.

I just wanted to give a big shout out to ms.cheri for giving me the best experience i ever had at a Mcdonalds. We need more more beautiful souls like her in the world. Her little act of kindness went such a long way for me. She deserves to be recognized for her hard work and dedication to serve.

They have very poor customer service. Siekore says the milkshake machine doesn't work. The morning shift is the worst. General manager More Johnson should take action against the 7:00 a.m. shift workers. They are horrible.
Don’t go here unless you want to wait 30min for food

The food was ok but whoever the older gentleman was that “has worked in customer service for 31 years”, should really try to speak nicer to customers. He had an awful attitude.
