I just hate this place, every single ting we get food from any location it is either wrong, cold people are rude as hell or something takes 45 minutes to get made. It doesn't make sense.

It's McDonald's š but on really good mornings. That's not to busy. That's most at this location. You can get great service from the Southern Older Lady. She is a delight. And hot great tasting biscuits!! I recommend the Chicken Mcgriddle or Chicken biscuit!

Usually donāt take the time to leave reviews for fast food restaurants but decided to after a late night stop because of the kind, excellent service that Ms. Sherry had provided us at the drive through. Food was on point as well but the customer service with a smile Ms Sherry had served us as well made it perfect!

I went to purchase a Filet-O-Fish. I got there. Only 2 employees were working. One for driving thru and front counter and one for cooking. This location is order only by touch screen. After placing my order it gives you no receipt. So i had no order #, and no way of understanding how employees tells customers food apart from one another as we wait. The employee doing front counter noticed monitor wasn't working. Maybe thats where customer orders are displayed? I just got their attention and stated what i ordered. All and all, this location needs more than 2 working and its atmosphere needs to be better.

We had a poor service here when waited an hour for the order then a service lady said no more apple or strawberry pies. I said āSo just cancel thatā meaning cancel the item you donāt have. She canceled the whole order. Seriously??? We, with all the kids, waited from around 10PM till around 11PM just to hear from the employee of McDonald said āYour refund will be refunded back to the card you used to paid for this orderā. Ridiculous š¤„ Itās sad that owner/manager donāt even care about how their staffs treat customers. Service standards have been lowered way below par.

They have very poor customer service. Siekore says the milkshake machine doesn't work. The morning shift is the worst. General manager More Johnson should take action against the 7:00 a.m. shift workers. They are horrible.
