They put the wrong sauce in my sandwich. Got a new one, and then I realized in my car the didn’t put the meal on the new one. ??????????!!!!!!!!!!!

I just came from there right now 4/26/2024. Terrible service. I waited 30 minutes sitting at the table with my family. At the time I went it was empty and the workers were talking all the time. A worker with her boyfriend out there and every 2 minutes she came out to see him. My 3-year-old daughter's order, which I had ordered, was given spicy nuggets and when I returned them to her, they started laughing. They made you want to jump over the counter. The manager of that shift should pay attention, customers deserve good treatment

Worst customer service experience I have had in recent memory. The person running the drive thru, is in the wrong job. She was rude, dismissive, and her only goal was to let everyone know how hard a time she was having. This location has never been great, but today sealed it. I will never visit this McDonald's again. I highly recommend the Wendy's across the street. Great staff, great food.

Waited over 30 minutes in the morning drive thru. With a half car length away from the order microphone. Not one car moved. I drove backwards out of it just to go inside. The morning crew is costing these people customers. Manager inside said you think I can help being Backed up! Backed up is delayed. I left and still no change in the drive thru as I pulled away. This was not backed up, it was shutdown from orders.

I don’t think I’ve ever went to a Mcdonalds that had a working shake machine. If your employees are too lazy to use the machine or keep it operational throughout business hours then these items should be removed from the menu.

It’s hard getting their attention, staff members don’t come to the register unless you get there attention. They’ll tell you to use the kiosk unless you only have cash. Seems like each time I’m there, they’re rude. Also the screen that shows which orders they’re serving is broken, has been for weeks so whoever the owner is must not care either. I would avoid this McDonald’s, there’s plenty of other options in the area. Unless you just have to have it; then I Hope it goes well for ya. I won’t be returning
