Girl with the red hair on the line complaining that she had to make 5 double cheeseburgers for my family. Literally complaining out loud while throwing them aggressively down the chute.

Plenty of seating. The staff is friendly and the food comes out fresh. The biggest issue is how long the drive thru takes. Anytime I've ever come here there's usually a wait to the point I wouldn't call it fast food anymore.

Not even exaggerating I sat in this drive thru for 45 minutes with only 1 car in front of me. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a small fry. I really hope this McDonald’s gets flooded by the river right next to it. It would take away the employees job security and would bring me joy to this miserable location.

Cashier definitely had an attitude and it was written all over her face. But to be honest I don't go to McDonald's for stellar customer service

This McDonald’s sucks. It’s on a military base and the workers seem miserable lately. On top of that, me and another car have been sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes after they opened and no one came to the intercom. After 7 minutes I drove around and they saw me but still didnt come.

The only place serving breakfast on a military base and yall late like this? They also didn’t give me my hasbrown as I ordered two. Last time a whole double cheeseburger was missing. DO BETTER!!

I sat at the drive-thru speaker to give my mobile order code for 2 minutes, but no one responded, so I pulled forward. I gave my order code to the girl four times before she got my name right. After finding my order, she asked me to pull forward and park, and they would bring the food out. Three cars that ordered after me drove off while I waited for my order. This McD's customer service is pretty trashy. They just refurbished the outside and inside; I wish they would also work on the customer service aspect.

This location has an employee or employees who committed a crime today. My son's debit card was used to purchase $650 in concert tickets through ticket master. Base police have been contacted. I am asking for an investigation to be opened. Manager and District Manager couldn't care less. They did nothing. This is the 4th time according to the Manager. I am taking this seriously and will be contacting the owner. I want a resolution! Buyer beware DO NOT GO HERE! THEIVES !. The bank did catch it and he has his money back. That's fine but I'm looking for someone's job! I won't let this be still and washed under the rug. Think of the other 4 people this has happened to. Not okay! Yes, I'm writing this for my son because my account is attached to his. The sad thing is , he even gave the young lady a compliment and was kind to her. So sad !
