It’s seems they are getting paid for nothing as simply trying order I face unprofessionalism and disrespect it says dining closes at 11 on the door yet they are locking it hours before so now I have to walk in the drive through and they still didn’t answer till I got to the window pathetic. Hire new employees.

Sign on the building and on maps said 11pm and they told me use the drive thru despite not having a car, they then refused to talk to me in the drive thru. Absolutely horrible service. So ended my day without food after flying for 15 hours.

Food here is alwaysss messed up. Fries either don't have salt, burgers are missing ingredients or are dryer than tree bark, missing an item, etc. There is always something. Service can be slow. I'm used to sitting at the intercom a while before being acknowledged. Go somewhere else on base.

I hate that it is true, but this McDonald’s has had a major fall from grace pre-COVID to now. I don’t know what changed, but they used to be a beacon of fast food service and were amazing in how they conquered lunch rushes. Now, if you aren’t one of the first orders of the day, you’re looking at a 25+ minute wait on your food and a terrible customer-facing attitude. It makes me sad when I remember the good ol’ days not that long ago.

Edit: They refunded me at the end of my work day, with a very gracious attitude. They had been overwhelmed by a school bus that had shown up unexpectedly at the same time as the lunch rush, understandable. Great staff, would do business again.Original:Ordered with 35 minutes of my lunch break left. Waited 30 minutes. Started to see people who had ordered after me get their food with similar waits. Had to leave for work without food, obviously also no time to ask for a refund because the workers were running around with helmet fires trying to serve everyone.

I get 30 minutes for lunch and spend almost 10 minutes waiting at the drive thru menu being ignored. I get yall might be busy with 3 cars In the parking lot but at least say something so I know you're there and I'm not just wasting my lunch break.

Well a new building. That's about it. Why the base lets this place stay their is beyond me. Went sat morning at 930. Soda area was not clean spilled soda. That was left from Friday. And the floor dirty. So no clean u p on Friday night. Unbelievable. New store same. Dirty dump. Lucky they have other places to eat at. Dam. Clean the place. !!!

Went to This McDonald's since I was not going to have time to cook. Paid 10 and some change plus tax for a big Mac meal with old fries. They were cold and the employee told me they were fresh and the hot lamp just doesn't work. I informed her they were cold. She was pregnant so I didn't want to be to much of a pain but she did not like that I was not satisfied with pay 10 dollars for cold food. She had them make me a new order or so I thought. The fries were old fries dropped back into the fryer. I used to work in restaurant business for 17 years and know how gross refried fries are and these were so gross I just tossed all the food cause it made me wonder how old all the food was. I did not give my child their meal eitherDid not trust the food base on the employees sketchy and b$&&*y attitude for me requesting food I paid a stupid amount for. Food was probably in the "danger zone" when they bagged it.
