I had an issue with my food around a week before this visit. The lady who was taking care of my issue was amazing. I was treated with respect and she was very professional. She cleared up my issue and had me out the door in a very quick manner while doing her job at the cash register and taking care of others at the same time. I wish I would have gotten her name because she was an amazing employee!!

I have the manager should be fired in all the employees should be fired cause they do not care about Customer service terrible experience. if I wouldn’t get this McDonald’s, a zero star I would cause I had the most terrible experience of my McDonald’s history. Why do we keep this place in business. Food is awful. Customer service is horrendous. They mess up orders every time. When you call to complain they act as if you are bothering them. Manager Tyler made us drive up to refund our order. Missing food, fry’s cold and shakes were water. Why would we spend 30 dollars to eat this garbage. This store needs corporate to come in and clean house. Awful.

Everytime, I visit any of the stores, cashier are not available management, has a attitude and I didn't know that you can wear colored hair (Red). In other words there's no professional and no respect. And it's sad that you don't have enough seating, when you have alot of out of towners. It's just really bad 👎.

Driverthru woman extremely rude while taking my order. I even apologized for not saying it correctly and tried to clarify with the woman being extremely rude still. I drove off instead of confronting her at the window. This was this morning(7/17/25) at around 5:45am. Horrible customer service. Im leaving work and trying bring breakfast to my family and never have I had such a attitude come my way just talking to a box.

This place only gets worse and worse. You'd think the employees get beat by the manager with how they act. as if a sauce packet or a tomato they forgot will end in them going home bruised and battered
