My last experience at this location was several years ago, and it was terrible. They were consistently terrible back then, but I was in a time crunch, and went there anyway - my mistake. The TL,DR version is this - they screwed up my order, missed something that was supposed to be on a sandwich, and thought it would be cute to provide me the missing ingredients in a separate box instead of remaking the food.I just noticed recently (April 2024) they they are reconstructing this location. Hopefully they don't make the same mistake they did during their last building remodel, where they forgot to "remodel" their staff. Unless they "reconstruct" how their employees work, the results will still be the same; just read the reviews of this location. What's the definition of insanity? Doing things the same way but expecting a different result?I resolved not to visit this location again, so I don't really care. I seldom go to McDonald's now anyway. You know, it's not like this isn't being done - and done well - in the same sector. They could learn a lot from Chic Fil A or Culver's about how to run a drive-through, much less a fast-food restaurant.That said, caveat emptor...

Take forever to do everything, I’ve been waiting about a good 35 minutes for 2 ice creams. Then they said the order never went through. Took the forever to give my money back. Very rude employees, they should’ve never been promoted, or hired. Act like a bunch of children in the kitchen! 1 Star, for effort.

An ok mcdonalds, except the parking lot is dirty, and I asked for regular coke and got diet coke. Then the lady behind the counter had an attitude and said it is regular coke. Another employee was in the dining area swearing loudly on her phone for the entire street to hear.At least the food tasted fresh, despite not getting the correct drink.Parking: Slippery leaves in the parking lot.

I just want to say this McDonald’s is the absolute best McDonald’s and I never leave reviews. I come during breakfast everyday morning around 7:00-7:30 and get the same order just about everyday a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and McMuffin with a frappe, when I tell u I’m in and out the line within 2min tops with warm fresh food. They need to have more McDonald’s like this because the other McDonald’s makes me not even want to go anymore foods either nasty or people are rude or your in drive thru for long amounts of time. Now this is morning shift I don’t know about any other shifts because I haven’t came to them. Thank you to this McDonald’s morning shift for making me love McDonald’s again.

I repeated myself three times when I placed my order to ensure it would be made properly, got my order , got all the way home & up the stairs and my order is STILL not made the way I ordered or even how the receipt says it should be made, went back and they just dropped the same fries again & still didnt make my sandwich the way I asked..smh..experiences like this are why I cook 85 % of everything I eat. These adults are working a teenager position, the least they can do is be efficient.
This was an ok experience. I am impressed by the number of employees sitting around on their phones inside and out to include what appeared to be the manager. One employee was outside having a loud cell phone conversation about quitting. The few people actually working though we're diligent and quick, despite the appearance of some frustration with those sitting around not working. The back appeared cluttered, but didn't impede the workers. I think with some decent management this could be a much better location. The few hardworking employees are what got this a 3 star vs say a 2 or 1Kid-friendliness: The girl at the front was very sincere about hand mixing my sons mcflurry due to the machine being down.

I waited 45 min for food watch 5 orders get placed after mine an they sat down ate an left before I even got my to go order an when o gir it I was missing 2 sandwiches 3 hashbrowns an the rest of the sandwiches I did get was cold when first given to me with missing food an the hash browns where soggy said they said the food took so long cause of the cold hashbrowns I got I ordered 8 hashbrowns an watched them bag my sandwiches up then watched 15 hash browns go out the drive threw window with me already waiting 30 min for my food an my sandwiches where sitting in a bag off the hot lamps
