My food sat on the counter for several minutes while the lady who was working at the counter typed on her cell phone. The janitor came behind the counter and was the one who gave me my food. Pancakes eggs and bacon was cold. I didn't make a fuss about it, but I was not please with the lack of good service or cold food I paid for this morning. Great job, guys. You really make customers want to come back.

It took 45 MINUTES to get 4 orders and canceled one order. Forgot my sauces I PAID FOR. Staff is not very fast and efficient at their job. This is very unacceptable for a fast food place people have places to be.

Worst ever mcrib was drier than a desert..little to no sauce on it...service was slow husband had to go get it pulled up they took two cars order before us and we was waiting before them....ghetto Donalds is what it should be called...never again I'll go to the one by CVS on dunn ave ....
This place is always getting orders wrong. Missing food, rude workers, the happy meals are thrown in the box barely together.

This store did not give me my complete order. Also, the entire time I waited for my cup I was met with disrespect. DO NOT EAT HERE. Actually starve instead of ordering here. It’s that serious. The manager completely ignored me while I greeted her asking for a cup. The customer she was serving had walked away and instead of simply telling me that she just ignored me the entire time. I had to ask my sister if I was made of damn glass. This is a horrible restaurant. And ON TOP OF THAT my FOOD WAS BURNED AND HARD. I’m so mad. Please do not eat here.
