I order BOGO hamburgers at this location OFTEN. This evening I was over charged for my same regular hamburger BOGO through the McDonalds App. I told the manager with missing tooth. He got confrontational IMMEDIATELY. Even though I had the verifiable proof on my app in my hands. I WAS TOLD THE APP WAS LYING!! ? And was told “The app rings this specific deal up as cheeseburgers” He slammed the window and waved goodbye before I could respond. This individual finds comfort in confrontation. Best of luck to him!

I ordered online and they refused to give me the McFlurry I ordered because they just couldn’t be bothered to make it because they just didn’t want to mess with the machine, I already paid my money for it and offered me a cookie as a replacement and refused to process a refund for the item they refused to give me.

This location does not seem to have it together, this was the last straw for me. Ordered a double through the app, got back to work and discovered a single. Every time I order through the app I get asked to pull up and wait. I ordered through the app to avoid this. How much time do you need to make one value meal?! And correctly at that. I don’t have time to run back to the store to get this fixed, I’m on a work lunch. I recommend Wendy’s or Taco Bell in this area, you won’t have to wait long and your order will be right.

Made a quick stop into the drive-through for a flurry and fries at 10PM. The gentleman on the speaker was polite and friendly: took our order efficiently and included a receipt without asking. Our food server was sweet and generous: he accidently made the wrong flurry flavor, so he gave us both the mishap flurry and the correct flurry. Warm, fresh food was a godsend during a 52° night. My sister loved the OREO flurry. Fantastic way to finish New Year's Day :]

Waited about 5 mins and still got 0 service. Wanted to punch her in the mouth but left and went to sandwich shop at gas station next door Will never go back to McDonald's

just wanted to save someone else hassle….dont try to get a plain snack wrap from this location. 0-5 on ordering just chicken and cheese in a tortilla. I even went inside to make sure they understood and still no. Usually a good location otherwise (before 10pm) but can’t for the life of me get a plain snack wrap made. Almost $20 in attempts and we are still trying. I’ve even attempted different times of the day. 2x overnight, 2x lunch and 1x dinner. Im not sure if we need to go back to day one of MCScreen reading or what. The overnight visits the burgers are always old and cold and barely edible. Will not be be back after 9pm it’s just giving money away at this point.

Very poor service, hookups to friends. Forgot items fries were hard and cold. The fry crew seemed to care more about hookups and playing games then serving food. Id give a negative rating if I could. Tried it again it was even worse. The drive through thing couldn't speak English well, couldn't hardly understand a word and then she got sarcastic. Do no go to this dump.
