I ordered $35 worth of food for my 3 children and myself. 2 kids meals, 2 cheese burger combo and nuggets combo. Ordering was awful because I kept having to repeat myself multiple times, all of the food was cold, nothing was fresh, they didn’t give me the drinks for the kids meals and basically rushed us out of the drive through. It doesn’t seem to matter which one you go to anymore. McDonald’s just doesn’t value quality, customer service or satisfaction.

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s. The staff are extremely rude, they rush you to place your order with ignorance, show no empathy, and even use offensive language. I was just served and I will never come back to this location again.

The store at 11230 Old St. Augustine Rd. sent a bacon quarter pounder with cheese to me via UberEats that was not cooked inside. Tried to contact them but no answer, as a former employee of McDonald's I do know all burgers are to be fully cooked.

Ordering machines don’t take cash so I Stood in “line” for 10 mins waiting to order even though there was nobody else inside ordering food. Proceed to order a “Buy one add one for $1” deal for a McDouble and mcchicken. Old lady can’t figure out how to work the register so she calls the “boss” over. Also an obviously unhappy middle aged woman. Who again asks what I want, I repeat the same thing. She catches an attitude and tells me they no longer offer that so the machine won’t ring it up. Even though there was an advertisement on there window for the deal. BAD EMPLOYEES- BAD MANAGEMENT

This McDonald's has always treated me well. They always are clean, still have a playset, outdoor eating, everything you'd need. Employees are always kind, even though service can be slow.
Didn't give me chili sauce, charged me for mccrisps which I wanted but gave me nuggets

Ray Croc is rolling over in his grave. It is no longer the McDonalds I knew as a kid. Cashier's are non-existent and the food has gotten worse, everything is smaller and EVERYTHING is way to expensive for what it is. Fast food, it's not fast anymore and hasn't been for a while now. There's NO VALUE, it's no where near fast anymore, I don't understand why people even go in there anymore.

Got a big mac with no cheese. Not a huge deal I just went back around and asked for cheese on it. The guy who made the mistake comes out and hands me a big mac with only a beef patty and a slice of cheese. No lettuce, sauce or nothing. I had to go back to get it fixed again. While I was waiting for my order to be remade I could hear the same guy agitated and complaining to a coworker saying why I didn’t just go back to my “crib” and just put cheese on it myself. What an insane way to dodge accountability. Brother just put the damn cheese on the burger you assemble every day! Ridiculous.
