just wanted to save someone else hassle….dont try to get a plain snack wrap from this location. 0-5 on ordering just chicken and cheese in a tortilla. I even went inside to make sure they understood and still no. Usually a good location otherwise (before 10pm) but can’t for the life of me get a plain snack wrap made. Almost $20 in attempts and we are still trying. I’ve even attempted different times of the day. 2x overnight, 2x lunch and 1x dinner. Im not sure if we need to go back to day one of MCScreen reading or what. The overnight visits the burgers are always old and cold and barely edible. Will not be be back after 9pm it’s just giving money away at this point.

I would suggest you make the drive and go to a different McDonald's. Everyone there has an attitude literally to the point of rolling their eyes, if you ask for something .

Very poor service, hookups to friends. Forgot items fries were hard and cold. The fry crew seemed to care more about hookups and playing games then serving food. Id give a negative rating if I could. Tried it again it was even worse. The drive through thing couldn't speak English well, couldn't hardly understand a word and then she got sarcastic. Do no go to this dump.

Wanted to sit inside as a family and have lunch but there were two homeless people sitting inside asleep and I’ve never smelt a more fowl smell in my life. It actually turned our stomachs. We got our food to go. We have compassion but this was HORRIBLE.

One of the very few McDonalds that still has a play area outside. We enjoy coming here with our younger kids so they can eat their Happy Meals outside at the tables & play afterwards.

We haven't had McDonalds in a while but we went to this one late at night. Surprisingly the food was very hot and fresh. I saw one man working and I don't know his name, but he was quick and quiet. 😂 And our fries were so hot and perfectly salty. They were the best ever. Thanks for the hot food!

I used the code via the app at the drive through. Young man said it wasn't working. A young lady was in the background. He asked her what to do. He comes back with close it out and try it again after it refreshed. Upon doing so, the app now said I have to wait 10 minutes because the prior code was used. After both had no answers it said it was not their system. Without any type of solution, the young lady replied in an unprofessional manner and tone that I needed to wait in the parking lot for that amount of time because there were customers behind me. REALLY!?!?!?!? If you are training someone, BE SURE THE TRAINER KNIWS WHAT SHE IS DOING and is well versed with the app. This is like the 4th time at this location.
When I went through again after waiting, the sandwich I got was SLOPPY and the bun was GREASY.
The manager at this location should get a new job. You NEVER ignore the customer and walk away.

I wish I could give it no stars for everything. This is right after we pulled off. They gave us already made burgers- Made sure to ask for no cheese and they still put cheese on it. And the other burger has nothing on it, but ketchup, and one flake of an onion. It’s just ridiculous and petty.

I had a very disappointing and humiliating experience at this McDonald’s.
I visited the store with my wife and son to redeem three complimentary sandwich cards — gifts personally given to us by Mr. David Mullins Sr., owner of the franchise. Each of us had one card.
The employee made us wait for over 30 minutes, refused to redeem the three cards (one per person), and when I decided not to proceed, she tore one of the cards in front of me and said she would call the police.
I remained calm and respectful the entire time, but I have never felt so humiliated in my life — especially in front of my wife and my son.
I am a regular customer and have purchased from this location several times since moving to Jacksonville. This situation was deeply disappointing because I know it does not represent the values of DCC LEE Enterprises or McDonald’s.
I sincerely hope management takes action to ensure that no customer is ever treated this way again.
