Ray Croc is rolling over in his grave. It is no longer the McDonalds I knew as a kid. Cashier's are non-existent and the food has gotten worse, everything is smaller and EVERYTHING is way to expensive for what it is. Fast food, it's not fast anymore and hasn't been for a while now. There's NO VALUE, it's no where near fast anymore, I don't understand why people even go in there anymore.

Got a big mac with no cheese. Not a huge deal I just went back around and asked for cheese on it. The guy who made the mistake comes out and hands me a big mac with only a beef patty and a slice of cheese. No lettuce, sauce or nothing. I had to go back to get it fixed again. While I was waiting for my order to be remade I could hear the same guy agitated and complaining to a coworker saying why I didn’t just go back to my “crib” and just put cheese on it myself. What an insane way to dodge accountability. Brother just put the damn cheese on the burger you assemble every day! Ridiculous.

The wait was longer than desired for fast food but the food was made to order, as ordered, which was surpassing and it was got and fresh tasting! The worker at the pick up window was very pleasant.

I have ultimately decided to completely redo my review. If you ever find your self traveling on 295 and are wanting to stop at McDonald’s, I would skip this one entirely. At this point, I feel like this place only makes money because people pay for extras and they never receive them. After the last time this instance happened I decided I would never go to this location unless I absolutely needed to…
Unfortunately, the time did come where I had to pull off quickly to get a migraine to go away and this was the closest thing to get caffeine and salt to try and simmer this thing down.
I had to ask repeatedly to get my drink and once more my food was made incorrectly. It’s been a little over a year since I last came here and it amazes me to see they have never changed, because this is what made me to never want to order or pickup from this location again.
While I do not typically frequent McDonald’s, as it kills my stomach after eating, I would have at least expected some sort of growth within the establishment. I suppose that is my fault for expecting the best out of somewhere like McDonalds.
Thank you for fully solidifying my decision to never want to return to another establishment. I’ve learned my lesson and will just bare down next time to make it home before I have to come near this place again lmao.
I apologize for the dramatics, but paying for extra and getting incorrect items not once, but multiple times is just insane to me.

one of the worst McDonalds there is and I will never go back, I placed an order for three mc chicken and they only delivered two, I placed the order online as I always do but this store is one of the worst ignorants, I don't understand how they let people deal with customer service if they don't know how to solve problems at the time that are caused by themselves, thanks to them I am forced to not order any more McDonalds online because their workers are not trained and no matter how much I showed my order as you can see in the photo, the incompetent person who was in charge refused to look that one more order was missing. You should make a change of workers and hire more qualified people, the money doesn't matter, it's the bad time they make you go through for the slightest thing when they are the ones who are not educated.
