They never get stuff right such a 'light mayo, no ketchup, fresh fries' they go tell you to wait in the Space 1 or 2 so 'they can get it correct' but still come back with the same exact order that you told them was wrong! But its McDonald's...they aren't known for the service...now are they?!?

This location always manages to forget my condiments. Beware, if you try to order condiments on the side. Also, if they're out of a condiment, they will just rush you the bag and run away instead of just saying "Hey. I'm sorry. We're out of that."I get it, working fast food sucks, I worked at Taco Bell for 5 years. However, reading a screen, or ticket, and putting stuff in a bag is not difficult and you're getting paid to do it.

My lady wanted breakfast.I ordered a steak egg & cheese bagel meal....I recieved a sausage egg & cheese bagel....Then when I returned it they gave me fckn hamburger egg & cheese bagel.They need to get a job cleaning hotel rooms.Incompetent.....never again
The worker was on their phone and talking to each other. Get your order wrong.

They're short-staffed and it took so long to get a 10-piece chicken mcnuggets. I waited over 20 minutes and didn't get my dip.The standards have really been lowered while prices are sky high. It's not cool when you pay out the ear for a meal only to receive a sub-par product that takes 20 minutes to get as well as missing items. Avoid this McDonald's.

I've lived near this McDonald's for 15 years and I hate visiting this location. After sitting in the drive-thru for about 7 minutes and watching 3 cars go through the other lane. I gleefully said, Hi, are you available to take my order? The response was NO! I was only ordering an ice cream cone. I went inside and ordered at the kiosk. I waited another 15 minutes and never saw my order pop up, so I inquired. What I heard was an exhausted (oh, yeah). They made it immediately and we left.30 minutes for an ice cream cone. Never again!

Employees are to busy taking to each other and employees are not doing there jobs. They coming off the street pants have way down. Didn't see a manger they are to busy doing grub order over the phone and I have customers inside waiting for them to take my order 30 minutes is way too long.and my fries were cold the whole service experience was a disapproval I will never eat at there location blanding boulevard and 103 St in Jacksonville Florida
