The person who took our order had a terrible attitude. Our hamburger was thrown together, very sloppy and cold. French fries were cold. Also, apple pie was dry, it was prepared at 1030a and we received our order at 1230p.

The kids play place was open at 8pm. It was great. Our kids got to stretch their legs for our drive home to NC! Place was clean. Its a must if your kids need some play time!
Kid-friendliness: Its a must stop for anyone traveling on 95! Kids got to play. They had a blast. Play place is open until restaurant inside closes, which is midnight on the weekend!

Let me just say I haven't been to a McDonald's in years due to the customer service and today I decided to go that get a mcflurry and a ice cream for my kids. When I got my stuff I saw that the Mcflurry was NOT mixed and asked the lady at the window if they stopped mixing them she said no it was mixed and they added more oreos on top.... which through me off cuz McDonald's never does anything for free. So when I looked at it was NEVER mixed at all I wouldn't be leaving a review if the person did not lie to me. I understand that it is just an ice cream, but don't lie to your customers over little stuff. It is Bull.
The three service workers from today were absolutely diabolical. Came in and ordered two meals. When our order was called out, neither drinks were given and one needed to be specially made. When I asked the woman who handed out the food (which was supposed to be served to our table, we were made to grab the sign and everything for the food, which we had to go pick up ourselves) when I had to try twice to ask the woman where our drinks were she rudely told me I’d have to get it from the woman at the cashier counter who was taking three other customers in line and walked away. I then showed the lady at the counter my receipt and the drinks I needed. She handed me one cup and was supposed to make the speciality coffee. We waited and waited, saw no movement so we asked again to which the lady I just spoke to acted like I hadn’t spoken to her and proceeds to ask the rest of the staff why no one made our drink. We were then told by a separate worker that the machine takes too long, it’ll be 5 minutes. More than 5 minutes goes by and we still have no coffee and no communication. Not to mention the food came out dry, hard, and barely edible. We ofc asked for a refund on the coffee. Will never be back rec going to the McDonald’s down the road a little further they were much nicer!

Where to start? 1st there’s a homeless man sleeping on their bench outside. Right in front of the kids play area. 2 the women’s bathroom is utterly disgusting and they only have one stall where people who aren’t customers are allowed to use it keeping paying customers from being able to use the one stall they have. The food is great but the environment is awful at this location.

Waited 45 minutes with three cars in front of us. I wanted to add a large sprite to the order and a heavy set black man with an attitude told us he couldn’t it through the window. So you wanted us to wait back in the drive thru line for another 45 minutes for a sprite that takes 35 seconds to make? Ridiculous. Also, fries were old and nasty.
