Employees talking and using bad language. The entire dining room was filthy. With better management this store could be so much more profitable. It's in a great location. A clean dining room and friendly employees goes a long way.

All I have to say if you come to Western Maryland you will never be treated like I was this morning drive-thru was only open came down here to visit my sister she's in the hospital I got a large breakfast with pancakes and I got my dog some sausage burritos I'm only 1.6 mi away from there open up my bag large breakfast did not have what it was supposed to have in it so I called them they hung up on me I called back somebody else called and said sorry we just got in but the lady that answered meI said how would you like it if I called corporate so then she hung up on me did not care about nothing I called back the guy answered he was very apologetic but regardless of what he thinks I spent $14 for a breakfast and didn't get what I wanted so I guess I'm okay to do that right but that lady was very rude I don't know what it is about Florida and their people here I've been to three different restaurants and they treat you like crap the guy that answered the phone said that he would take care of it but it's 5:00 in the morning now and it was so nasty by the time I started eating it was cold and then the biscuit was gone and I didn't I ate out in the car so I didn't make people up in the house you know anybody try somebody else I'm 66 years old I got a dog and I don't bother people I buy what I like and it should be all there not cold it was terrible so good luck if you go there that's just my experience with this one have a great day but I think twice before I go to this one thank you have a good day

Food presentation is very important. It tastes good and looks good.
It's really becoming quite a problem to go to a McDonald's drive-thru sit and wait in line and then get to the speaker and find out I'm sorry we don't have any frappes then say okay well I'll take a Coke instead and they say I'm sorry we're out of cold drinks. If you don't have anything to offer a person to drink to go along with their food, why do you even open the door? Why don't you post it at the menu board or at the front of the line where people line up their cars to wait so that they don't have to wait in a 15-minute line wasting time and leaving angry. At any other establishment, they call it bait and switch, and that'sillegal.. What's up, McD? If you consistently have outages of a menu item, it seems common sense to review and find a solution to fix the problem rather than allowing it to affect the customer.
