WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! Poor Management, Rude Staff, and Quality of food is never consistent. I can count with one hand the number of associates that my family have interacted with at this McDonalds, that have given a deserving customer service, and we have lived in the neighborhood 5 years and given our business to this McDonalds!! Tonight really did it. The lady in the drive through had the courage to say âwe are not taking any orders at this timeâ when we ask âwhy?â Her response was âbecause we are understaffed and itâs only me and I canât do it all by myselfâ after driving to the drive threw window we notice about 5-7 different employees all walking around and some up to the cashier and window. When we approach to ask to speak to the manager everyone clueless. The cashier got upset , lied to our face and began cussing. The supposedly manager was in a T-shirt not even in uniform and didnât make anything feel right or was apologetic, as a manger. Worse customer service experience.

Amazing, recommend this location! I travel for work and I sometimes like having McDonalds, but lately I had bad experiences mostly in other locations, Until today I came across this location and ordered double Quarter pounder burger meal. Best McDonalds experience I had! Staff are very friendly and professional if I could give more stars on the review i would! Because they went above and beyond in one word Amazing! . Food tastes good and location is clean.

This place is supposed to be 24 hrs but when I get there at 4:15 am they are UNABLE to serve me ANYTHING because either nothing is working or the have nothing ready. UNBELIEVABLE! đ€Źđ€Źđ€Ź this drive thru was the WORST experience ever!!!
Worst McDonalds on the planet. I ordered take out on the mobile app. They were out of apple pies. Got charged for them. The manager said I had to call corporate. Corporate said I had to talk to the local manager. Needless to say neither was successful at getting my money back nor the apple pies. RIP OFF. The quarter pounder had to be a regular cheese burger off the dollar menu but sure was priced as a quarter pounder. It was the absolute worst burger Iâve ever had! Believe the one star reviews!!!! I didnât even like giving it a one star but had to just to share the disgusting food and rip off! And I wouldnât recommend NOTHING!

Beware when using the app at this location! For some reason, when i order from this location using the McDonald's app, I'm told my order isn't in the system! This is the second time this has happened, and the wait time is extremely long, especially at night, even when there's only 3 cars in line!

As I was walking in the door, a very nasty customer was insulting one of the managers. The way Mrs. Pumpkin handled herself was so impressive. She is always so friendly and just happy to be at work, which is rare to find anywhere, so itâs unfortunate and unacceptable that she had to deal with the verbal abuse from the couple at all.
She is a blessing.

This McDonald's is in an extremely busy location. I have not visited this location in a long time but it was refreshing. They had me in and out in less than 5 minutes. With a smile. Thank you McDonald's
