I always have issues with the staff’s nasty, unprovoked attitude, but I don’t say anything because I try not to upset people who touch my food. Today I ordered a daily double. I eat my fries on the drive home. I eat my nuggets in my driveway. I get all the way to my couch, open my burger and there is no meat… just cheese, lettuce, tomato, and sauce. I get back in my car to go all the way back to McDonalds.. I politely ask the cashier to remake it then open the burger to show him. We both kind of chuckle because is a little funny. He takes the burger to back and ask them to remake it because there is no meat. The crew starts laughing and blaming someone named Tyler. Tyler then yells that I took the meat off the burger repeatedly. I walk over to the counter where I can see back into the kitchen and yell back that I did not do that. I said there is no benefit to me doing that. I wasn’t asking for free food, I wasn’t rude to the crew. I just wanted the burger remade. Tyler looks at me and continues to say I took the meat off the burger. Any person with common sense knows that’s not true, wouldn’t the cheese be a little melted and there would be a little burger patty juice left on the burger!!!!

Absolutely disgusting how gross this place is. We are on a road trip and since it gets dark early now I was excited to find a McDonald's that has a play place in it for my son to stretch his legs out on.
Huge mistake. My expectations were low, this is McDonald's, but not even low expectations can excuse how disgusting the play area was. I don't think it's ever been cleaned. There's food, wrappers, forgotten socks, filth. The slide had yellow liquid pooled in it...was it a drink or urine? I didn't want to find out. I yanked my son out, sanitized his hands and we went elsewhere.
The tables were all dirty as was the women's bathroom. It was filthy.

The MOST HORROIBLE PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO IN OMG time.The order was so messed up and for a (quarter pounder) l got a plain burger with Nothing on it and a FLAT DRINK FOR A GRAND TOTAL IF 15.00 I WANT EVER GO BACK
