I had a fantastic experience at the McDonald's just a mile from my home! The young lady named Ashley truly made my visit memorable with her exceptional helpfulness. The location was spotless, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. I loved the collection of photos showcasing Jacksonville's historic landmarks, including The Landing, the aircraft carrier at Mayport Naval Air Station, and a stunning view of downtown. Every staff member was friendly, but Ashley particularly stood out for her kindness and assistance. Five stars all the way!

Just warning you do not go to this McDonald's they're disrespectful and rude! I pulled through the drive-thru on my lunch break and ordered a double quarter pounder combo with no cheese they had me pull into another one spot and wait I waited about 12 minutes, then they finally brought my meal to me and I checked it and of course it had cheese on it so I go in and ask to speak to the manager to exchange it and they laughed at me and tell me if dont like cheese then don't come back! They refuse to give me another hamburger with no cheese I will be getting a hold of corporate this place needs to be shut down!! Next time I go into At McDonald's I will be recording I wish I would have recorded this incident!!
I go here because my sister is in Northbank Nursing Home downtown and their food is crap. She enjoys when I bring her cheeseburger. Says they are so good . I cook for her too but this is just a little treat every visit.

My wife ordered on the mobile app, and I went to pick up at the drive through. When I got to the pick up window, they asked me what was on my order and I was thinking shouldn’t you know? My wife placed the order and stayed home while I picked it up so I wasn’t sure what all was on the order. I had to tell them the drinks on my order to the best of my memory and I missed one. It was a caramel frappe so it wasn’t just a cheap small soda. The staff seemed super rushed and not handling it well as evidenced by their dismissive and impatient attitudes.
