Do not go to this place avoid at all cost. They will play with your food when they have attitudes. Customer service is very poor never in my life dealt with a business who will play with your food and the customer service is very poor. They do not like to give you your refund Stay away. After the lobby closes it seems that customers are not top priority anymore. The drive thru takes so long, up to 30 mins on orders that have been placed ahead of time. I wish they would do the same as the Collins road location and add a walk up window to allow order ahead to get out of the drive thru line

i have to say idk if i just got lucky or if this place has really improved bc it used to be that there’d be no one there and my card number was stolen one time, but years later the service was fast af and the fries were the best mcdonald’s fries i’ve ever had (crispy and not soggy and i didn’t even have to ask for it). i could tell they were fresh and i really appreciate that bc most mcdonald’s don’t even bother to do that. even my parents who are tough critics on fast food said that those were the best mcdonald’s fries they’ve ever had

Slowest drive thru service ever. Ordered a soda and 2 hash browns and was told to wait. After 10 mins, went inside to check and they hadn’t even dropped them in the fryer. It wasn’t busy. There were maybe 3 groups of ppl dining inside. While I was standing waiting, someone had ordered an entire meal and rec’d theirs while I was still waiting on 2 hash browns. 😆

This is the quickest, most professional and most efficient McDonald's location in Jacksonville. Our food is always hot and comes out quick! 2 minutes of time elapsed after I paid for my order and received it. 3 meals! No matter what time of day, they're always consistent! The employees and managers definitely deserve a pizza party, a cruise & a raise!
The customer service of this young lady Miss mikayla Murphy surprise me I've been coming to this store for many many many many many many years well over 10 years and this young lady surprise me how many times I change my order and I was messing up stay respectful she stayed humble on top of referring me to a company that she has her other job she went above and beyond we are actually going she's employed with the company that I am trying to get my second job she is a true blessing and a woman of God and also kept a cool head so I do plan on coming back to this location this young lady is truly that amazing she need to be a manager because of her customer service skills I did not like coming up there with the other workers during the other shift because of their personality how unprofessional that is what this will make me continue to come here and and other than going to this other location that I know about this McDonald's is truly blessed by this young lady 😁I had to do a review on her she is the reason why I'm still going to shop and come at this location other than the other location cuz it is convenient but she got wonderful customer service I'm only coming to her shift because she said ma'am I am going to personally cook your food I don't understand why this young lady that's only because this young lady knew what I was I am a Pastor

Fries were barely filled and I paid for large. Didn't care to give us drinks, no straws, no napkins. No sense of pride in work or existence. I felt my soul dying from just standing in there and I now understand why Bill Gates wants to depopulate the Earth.

Mickey D's, I'm not a big fan of this place. My sugar was low and we had to eat something. They just kind of slopped your burgers together, half the lettuce and condiments are on the outside of the burger. Very sloppy. The cause of the pricing and the quality of the food I try to avoid these places.
