My order wasn't wrong but my boss placed his order 15-20 mins before me and when we pull in his order is ether not ready or given to the wrong person after which he had to wait till he told them his issue a number of times the eventually get his food but we wasted our lunch brake entirely waiting 45 mins on an order that should of been ready idk who owns this branch but clean house man your employees have no idea what they are doing we was inside the store with about 18 people all with ether wrong orders insane waits and line jumps they have no idea what to do and I feel bad for the younger people who have their first job because they gonna grow out of this job and leave it with no skills to improve later in life whoever the owner is man CLEAN HOUSE find 2 Solid managers alternate schedules boom fill in your gaps with young able bodied and willing staff that will make this store better

I ordered a mobile order and stood at the drive thru for 8 min before driving up to the window then no one was at the window then I drove to the next window and blew the horn and a young lady who barely spoke English said closed… then was shooing me away from the window …. Super unprofessional and disrespectful… McDonald’s customer support was also closed

Y'all's math is off. Explain how a $6.89 meal + 8% tax then minus 15% off comes to $7.41 , when it should be $6.33 ? Doors locked before 8pm yesterday. Today I watched the burger maker stock burger boxes while on the floor ( bottom shelf) also took 12 minutes to get 1 Big Mac 1 , quarter pounder, , and some lady in drive-thru was pissed and wanted her money back. They were laughing about making her wait longer now. In the last 5yrs of living next to this McDonald's, it's been one shet sammich after another , at this point the owner should be removed or another company take location and bring something better to downtown Jax.

The drive thru is WILDLY SLOW. Why did I wait in line for over 30 minutes, with only 4 cars ahead of me, for a McFlurry? that was CRAZY & there’s no where to pull off if you don’t wanna wait!
