I ordered chicken nuggets and 2 kids cheese burgers meals. I get the food home and nuggets had cartilage inside of them and the meals didn't have any cheese burgers in them. The general manager Emma didn't once apologize and said they would not give me a refund or give me the cheese burgers because it had been 40 mins since I ordered. I literally live 15 mins away. She was smiling and laughing while 5 employees stood around her watching. Aviod this mcdonalds it's ran by a bunch immature jerk children.

Today, at about 6:50pm The person working the front counter was wearing a yellow shirt and when the drive through lady told her that I was missing a fry, she was rude and blatantly rolled her eyes but gave them to me. When I got home I realized I was shorted a Big Mac, when I went back up there to get the big Mac and told her what happened while showing her my receipt, she ignored me and made me wait about 5 minutes without even speaking to me. When I asked for help from the lady that gave me my food in the drive through, she told them no, said they were giving me the wrong sandwich and brought an already made big Mac up to the front from the back. When I got home this is what she had given me…You have to purposely go out of your way to mess a sandwich up this bad. I am not eating it because who knows what was done to it. I would maybe not hire people who don’t feel like they need the job…

It was completely disgusting food cold through No sesame seed bun or Big Mac sauce on the Big Mac the plain bun was stale and burger dry and mayonnaise not Mac sauce and whatever kind of oil they used left a terrible taste in your mouth and tasted bad. I want be back yuck ?
