After my morning walk—especially around Atlantic Boulevard and University Boulevard—I feel like I deserve a burrito meal. The only thing about burritos is that once you’ve had two, it feels like you deserve a third! But I have to watch my figure. I will say, the McDonald’s on Beach Boulevard near University Boulevard is really nice. The cashier, I believe her name is Bethzeader, was super friendly. Even though it was very busy, she managed the cash register, kept the area clean, and multitasked with ease. Very impressive!

Staff refused to give the order I already paid for, said the system was “updating” like it’s a system that makes a milkshake? Said I’d need to go through the app which is tedious as heck to get a refund. Just make the order, I already paid for it, I already drove here, even if I get a refund, I don’t get my time or gas or mood back. This stuff is why people are souring on McDonalds. Not fast, not cheap, not convenient. I’ll be going somewhere that knows how to do something as basic as make a milkshake and put fries in a bag. I’ve worked in fast food, this is so easy, just do. your. job. and be a real person with a functioning frontal lobe, not a robot just saying “sorry we can’t help you”

Extremely slow. All the employees were being rude to each other and the customers and the cashier was complaining about his coworkers to the customers. I ended up never even getting my food. They couldn’t get anyone’s orders correct.

I must say when I come to this McDonald’s after 12 there is a woman there who is so friendly helpful and prompt. When I go during the day I also generally have a pleasant experience. However, what ever shift is there around 9. Is horrible my friend and I attempted to go through the drive thru and no one answered. We pulled around to the window and they looked at us and kept laughing and talking. When we walked in we asked if the drive-through was closed, we were told no. Then we ordered our food and sat for approximately 15 minutes, waiting for it to be done and as we were waiting, there were many other very upset people. While we were waiting to receive our food, I noticed that the person wearing the headset who should have been handling drive-through was too busy, flirting with her coworker to answer the drive-through and they were very nasty and gave everyone an attitude, and there was more than enough employees to be able to handle all aspects of the job. The only person that was nice was the person who handed us our order in the loud us to get extra sauce. Which seems like the least they could do considering how long we had to wait and had to go inside and all of the other inconveniences. And then to make matters worse, we got cold French fries OK, rant over

The bald black guy at the drive thru window is very unpleasant. He has a very nasty attitude and shouldn't be ringing up peoples order. I had to look for payment method on December 28th, whole going through the drive thru, and it seemed to agitate him. Every encounter I have with him at the drive thru window is very unpleasant. We should be festive and celebrating the start of a new year along with past holidays. No one should have to experience this behavior and treatment early in the mornings when trying to start their day.

I ordered mobile twice (yesterday and today) and they made me wait over 20 mins for my food, managers did not care to fix it. I won’t be coming back for a while. Very disappointed because I’m usually a good customer here and I’m sad I have to drive out of my way to enjoy McDonald’s still. Because I got treated badly and no order should take 20 mins. Especially if I order curbside or pick up I store. You don’t neglect your customers. I felt super neglected yesterday snd today

Staff is very rude. I stood at the front of the store to ask for ketchup for 5 minutes. Finally a worker walked around the corner just to ignore me as I continuously said excuse me. Will not be stopping here anymore.

On 11/19/2024 the manager on shift totally ignore me when I ask her a question I had to get the employee right next the her, Gerard who was actually listening to get them to cook me some fresh food because the manager I guess was having a bad day. You don't treat your customers like that at all even if you're having a bad day that's not professional or manager like. I would like to say gerard should be the manager there he was more attentive to the customers and actually cared about what the issue with my food was. Thank you Gerard

The service and atmosphere was nice enough however the main reason I went was for a Frappe. If you're a frappe person you know there's a big difference whether they put the chocolate drizzle inside the cup or on top of the cool whip. I asked for the extra chocolate inside the cup? They said ok so I paid the upcharge. Once we got to the window they informed me they couldn't put the chocolate inside the cup first. Which makes no sense just make the frappe and before you pour into the final cup put the chocolate drizzle inside the cup. So now I just have this huge glob of chocolate syrup over my whip cream. Which messes up how the flavors mesh together anyhow. If you know, you know on top of that they forgot our 2 hash browns. Which that is on me as well I should've checked first. Things are just too expensive to be forgetting to put stuff in people's bags and then give me attitude about asking for an extra syrup ya know. The food was hot and fast. Also the hash browns that I ordered well done were cooked to perfection. I was so upset about the frappe it didn't matter at the time though.
