couldn’t understand a word the lady on the speaker was saying I tried to place my order she rudely snapped at me and told me wait I apologized and drived off no reason to be snappy nobody was in line and there was maybe one person in the lobby just wont be back unfortunately kinda ruined that location for me 👎

If you want to wait 20+ minutes to get your order taken and then another 20+ mins to get your food then this would be the perfect place for you! This mcdonald’s location has redefined the meaning of Fast Food. Do not come here if you want the wrong order AND wait an hour for one burger.

Probably the worst McDonald's in the city, left me in their drive thru pick up lane for 15 min waiting on my food. I finally got frustrated and went inside, I wasn't offered an explanation or even an apology and when I finally got my food it was cold! Absolutely ridiculous

Several of your customers have showed up and left this morning at 5am. There are cars parked outside, the lights are on, no response. Who hires the staff and allows this to happen? Where are the staff? I lost an opportunity to pick up an order for a customer because no one wants to work. Extremely unprofessional.

I’ve never went through a McDonald’s that had the sweetest and most caring people inside. The lady name bethzada told us all the deals going on instantly and was very helpful AND the man which the lady just told us was the owner was SUPER nice and respectful and very helpful… Even had another lady in the back walked to front to do something then asks if I’m OK (I guess she could tell I’m in pain or something) but I thought it was nice of her to ask. I also love how a lot of the workers were dressed in grinch clothes or Christmas.

Absolutely ridiculous this morning put in a mobile app like I do about 3 days a week this morning I hit encounter somehow instead of drive through the lady in the Drive-Thru refused to change it where I can pick it up in the Drive-Thru I said you can't just ask a manager so manager says no you have to cancel it in the app there's no way to change it to a drive pickup cuz I have a sleeping child in the car there's no way to change it so basically I just paid $9 for a meal that I couldn't go inside and pick up because I'm not going to disrupt my child waking up to run inside and pick up some food that you could clearly handed me through the drive-thru absolutely ridiculous and you guys must need that 9

I've gone to McDonald's for yrs...my favorite being their lattes.
I've had horrible experiences n service at several on Beach St n Hodges lately here in Jacksonville. I even tried to leave a message at the Corporate several x but the message machine was full. I came to the sad realization that they really don't care :(⁷

I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app for curbside pickup at this location. My order included two frappés with caramel drizzle. When I arrived at the window, I noticed my drink was not made the way I requested, so I politely asked if the caramel drizzle could be placed on the cup instead. The employee informed me that this McDonald’s does not allow drinks to be made that way. I told her that was fine and asked for a refund.

While I was still at the window trying to figure out how to process the refund in the app—especially since I had already given my mobile code—a young employee returned and handed me $2.45, even though my total was $8.24. This left me confused.

I went inside to speak with a manager. The young lady who handed me the partial refund informed me she was not a manager. When I asked for the manager, I could clearly hear her in the back telling the employees what to say to me instead of coming out to speak directly.

I asked multiple times for the manager to come out and explain the refund process in the app or at least clarify the amount I was given. She repeatedly declined and insisted that the two employees “de-escalate” the situation instead of addressing me herself. The only request she approved was to have the drink remade, but by that point, I no longer felt comfortable consuming anything from this location due to the unprofessional behavior I witnessed.

As a General Manager myself, I would never allow my team to handle a customer situation this way. Direct communication and professionalism are essential, especially when a customer is simply trying to understand their refund.

This experience was extremely disappointing and needs to be addressed.

The food was horrible, I order a Mcchicken the simplest thing on the menu. My McChicken was crusty and old and drenched with mayo. Ugh nasty. Although i can say Diamond was a great server!
