McDonald's has gotten on my last nerve. Their app coupons and offers have steadily gotten worse, and their newest "giveaway" of nugget caviar was a total bust- the site crashed immediately and didn't come back until it was sold out. For an international multi billion corporation you'd think they could at least give decent coupons and promotions. Ridiculous.

Please for all that is Holy, wear gloves when handling the food!!! At no point should bare hands handle my food!! And QA your employees. I understand this is fast food but it is not fast service if I have to wait to receive my order because someone lost their attention to detail to make sure my food was packaged correctly. Ty!!

Went to a drive thru the other night. Got home and checked and I got 2 big mac with only 1 patty in both of my big mac. Had to drive all the way back and go inside. No apology from the employee. They need better training or at least have some type of management in each shift.
Twice as good as the one I visited in Jacksonville if that's saying anything!

The entire staff on shift ignored our order in the restaurant to focus on the drive through for a good 30-40 minutes. No one spoke to us. No one gave updates or explaining what’s going. The drive through line was constantly prioritized, I saw people line up in the drive through and get served multiple times and we still weren't served. It’s an absolute joke. Customer service none existent. Make this make sense.
