I placed my McDonaldโ€™s order at 17:59 (receipt attached โ€“ Store 1665, Grays). Your app stated 15โ€“20 minutes. Instead, my food was delivered at 19:04 โ€” over 1 hour and 20 minutes later. Completely unacceptable. My little girl is only FOUR years old, extremely unwell with a viral infection, and hadnโ€™t eaten all day. The ONLY thing she agreed to eat was nuggets. I couldnโ€™t leave the house because sheโ€™s sick, so I relied on your service. You failed us massively. Because your app wouldnโ€™t let me cancel, I had no option but to call the restaurant. This is where the real disrespect started. โ€ข I was told the food was โ€œready and waiting for a driver.โ€ โ€ข When I questioned why it would be sitting there for nearly an hour, the story suddenly changed to โ€œitโ€™s NOT cooked โ€” it will be cooked when a driver is allocated.โ€ โ€ข I asked to cancel. She said she couldnโ€™t. โ€ข I canโ€™t cancel on my side either. So I was forced into accepting food that was guaranteed to be cold by the time it got here. And surprise โ€” it arrived STONE COLD. I called the restaurant three times. They ignored every call. The moment I called on withheld, they answered โ€” then HUNG UP on me while claiming to โ€œget a manager.โ€ When I called back, I spoke to โ€œSuzette,โ€ who claimed she had โ€œbeen on break for the last hour and twenty minutesโ€ (which somehow matches the exact delayโ€ฆ convenient). She admitted there was nothing they could do and told me to โ€œask Just Eat for a refund.โ€ The level of unprofessionalism is shocking. โ€ข My order was severely delayed. โ€ข I was lied to repeatedly. โ€ข I was hung up on. โ€ข My calls were ignored unless I withheld my number. โ€ข My food arrived freezing cold. โ€ข And this all happened while I was trying to feed a sick four-year-old child who is now refusing to eat at all! I am absolutely disgusted by this experience.

Everytime I go here whether itโ€™s delivery or pickup the food is crusty old and reheated I have received a raw burger from this establishment on more than one occasion and itโ€™s habitual of them to have a bad attitude and bad service. The manager on the other hand is typically pretty apologetic and tries get the order correct with the least amount of hassle possible although I havenโ€™t seen him in a while I feel like this McDonaldโ€™s create an unwelcoming environment and unhealthy workspace

The restaurant made us pull up to the second window to wait for our food. Once they handed us the bag they walked away and we were unable to tell them that they forgot our large French fries. We had to park and get out of our car to go inside and get the missing item. Once we got home we realized the double quarter pounder we ordered was just the regular single patty. I paid extra for a smaller sandwich. Very disappointed in how the drive thru was run and the accuracy of the order

Order on line go to curbside pick up having to wait over 10 minutes - sometimes things are missing or the employee says the machines are down and canโ€™t coffees (special) milkshakes or smoothies but already paid for it and canโ€™t get money back or milkshakes etc !!!!! If machines are down stop online orders for it and taking customers money and donโ€™t refund our money!! This isnโ€™t a one time issue but Several times !!!!!! Investigate why this location is out of issue with machines or donโ€™t have the items properly to give to customers

I received the ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE BY MCDONALDS EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION .
After waiting for 20 min for a medium fry , and being moved up twice , The manager DANIEL , had an employee come outside and ask can I just come inside . I had my 5 month old child in the car at the time so after desperately needing my food , I got myself and my baby out of the car . No apology no nothing . Horrible Horrible Horrible management .

Another crapy food order from the McCrappy on Yellow Bluff. This was a pretty good place when it opened. Now just constant disappointment. No matter if it's dine in, drive thru, or doordash. Allways missing items and poor quality. There is no oversite at this location and it shows.

I got 2 double cheeseburger and a medium fry around 4 today. The table person Joseph made my food perfectly! And the meat was perfect I owe to Vlad on the grill and fryer. Overall great experience and people!
