Drive further to a different McDonalds. Most unprofessional manager I have ever encountered, and most poorly managed staff I have ever encountered. I wasn't even the customer I was an Uber Eats driver. They wasted an hour of my time. First, they accept a lunch order when lunch food wasn't available. Manager had me wait a long time for the grill to be fired up. Then, after waiting for forever, we were talking about substitutions, the customer had requested no pork in the breakfast, and due to that the manager became all angry and ghetto, started practically yelling at me and refused to make anything at all. Could not care less about the customer's money or my time or my gasoline I spent getting here, just insistent on being profoundly petty. It was clear dealing with the staff nobody knows what the hell is going on here.

This has to be the cleanest McDonalds I’ve been to in Jacksonville, FL. The food was HOT! The service was excellent!!! Will definitely have to come here again!! Shoutout to the mgr on duty!!

The food was fine. The woman taking my order couldn't get her words straight, was distracted and having side conversations while taking my order. At the pickup window, the next young lady was texting on her cell phone, handed me the food without a word/greeting and tried to close the window before I could ask for the drink that I ordered...which she also handed to me without even looking at me due to the conversation she started with someone else.

This may be the fastest McDonald's I've ever gone to. From ordering at the checkout line to picking it up, I don't think my wheels were stopped for more than 30 seconds They should give some of the other franchises lessons in efficiency.
Vegetarian options: Only fries and some snacks
Parking: Plenty of parking but parts of the lot and the streets nearby are pretty littered with scraps of stuff that made me think of potential tire punctures

This is my favorite McDonald's. btw. Great location, bt work, doctor office, and home. The v service is usually fast, and food is usually fresh. I usually have a great experience here, but today it sucked. I waited 20 minutes on fresh fries. The drive-thru girl forgot about me, but the Manager saw me going in and stepped right in. She refunded my money but still gave me my food, fresh. I didn't catch her name, but thank you, Ms. Manager with the dreads. I still love it here.

Partially, this is just McD's in general, the beef is always dry and flavorless. It's rare to find an employee that gives a damn about anything, always sour looks on their faces and your existence is clearly a terrible inconvenience for them. This place in particular, you can't pay at the kiosk, and you'll stand in line sometimes 20 minutes just to pay for the meal you ordered, only to then be told that the lobby is now closed. Only thing worth buying here is the McGriddle, and you better just go through the drive thru if the line isn't too bad.
