The line took very very long, not just because there were a lot of people, but the line just wasn’t going anywhere. I ask the driver thru attendant to check what zootopia toy they have and they ask the manager. The manager says they can’t look because the store is too busy. You’re busy with me, a customer. Rudest response to a simple request. It’s not rocket science, it’s really not hard at all to look at a toy. I get to the window after using my free happy meal coupon and I still had 11 cents. When asking what the 11 cents was for, the girl said “for the happy meal, I don’t know.” If you don’t know something, go ask a leader. She kept trying to say I don’t know why we’re charging you. Just poorly ran location and rude response from a manager who hates customer service. I will my hardest to never go to this one again because it was such an awful experience.

I was late for work, waiting on my food just to get cold fries & a mcdouble when I ordered the mcchicken meal deal. Before i pulled up to a space to wait for my food, I was given a small coke & had to tell the girl that I ordered a large sprite. It’s to many kids playing at this location. I haven’t eaten all day & I don’t eat beef at all. I call the store & didn’t get an answer, I won’t be returning back
There was no handsoap in bathroom, in times like these! I Was not on site for grub...Teeeheeeee

You fail to state your establishment is closed 5/21/25 at 11:02pm exact time so you can't lie about it . 60 vehicles looking for food and your closed off a highway laughable. Mcdonalds has gone down hill about 400%. No customer care at all.
