Emplyee passing out food was rude when I requested a receipt I was told it was unavailable and he didnt know anything. Order was wrong I was charged wrong. Would not recommend to anyone

I am a regular customer however, I have noticed that the morning shift does not add ice into the lobby beverage machine. Most customers are returning their cups requesting ice for their drinks. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the service and prep of my food.
The manager was very apologetic because the employees were getting orders wrong and incomplete. We did receive very hot fries 😍

It's so many ppl that need jobs and would appreciate a job.This crew tonight.....should not be allowed to work together because all they wanna do is laugh, joke and hide when customers are trying to order.Shout out to the morning and afternoon shift. Night shift need to take notes.

Usually when I come to this location I have a good experience. They are usually really pleasant and even though there be a few homeless ppl in there, the place be clean and they are kind to the homeless ppl. Today though....the young workers was laughing and making fun of the homeless ppl and there service to everyone else was really bad. They appeared to be hiding in the back when ppl was tryna to order. Not sure if there was a manager on duty because I didn't notice one. I'm very disappointed in this night crew.

the place is cool dont have to worry about anyone bothering you. The only thing that could be better is some of the customer service. It alright though. I Appreciate the fresh food and the speed of service. Thank Mickey D's
