Slooooowww as ever. Placed an app order to be picked in in the drive thru but sat there for over 20 mins with no orders taken. I finally was able to get out and go inside. Staff was full of young kids who were trying to work but on their phones and unprofessional customer service. Manager didn't correct this behavior but she was running circle around the younger ones as they slowly moved around. Received correct order and it was hot, so that's the only plus.

Used to be pretty good and service was great and expedient. Have noticed completely different staff the last couple times I've come here and the service has gotten so slow expect to wait 7 mins just to have your order taken and then another 5-10 in a line of 3 people. Getting the wrong sizes of things has also become a glaring issue
Update: tried them again quite literally sat for 5 mins not moving then took 20 mins to get through a line of 5 people at the speaker to order

First, I was in drive-thru just to be told register was not working if I wanted to come in to order. I went in and order off the kiosk machine. I ordered a big Mac meal w/caramel frappe. Fries were not fresh, burger bun was hard and the lettuce smelled and looked old. When I saw people getting their food from drive-thru I asked the supervisor I thought the register was not working. She stated she just got it working after 45 mins of working on it, which I found that hard to believe because I was not in the place long. I expected better for the money I paid. I work to hard for mediocre food that I paid for. Do better McDonald's.

extremely frustrating. i’ve come to this location multiple times and asked if their McFlurry machine was working, and every time they say yes. when i actually receive the McFlurry, it’s just plain ice cream with a little bit of Oreo sprinkled on top — clearly not mixed. i’ve even clarified at the first window if the mixer is working, and they’ll say yes, but then the next window tells me they just don’t want to clean it so they say it’s “not working.” i ended up asking for a refund. this place and the employees are awful — lazy and dishonest.

On this day was a nightmare. Was there with two of my kids last month and I was using my mother and I points to feed us ( single mom of 8 and elderly mother homeless) and the lady that worked there served my second oldest son with my mother points on her phone and than one of my orders from my phone and when I notice my 2 other orders were up on the serving board but than disappeared so I went up to the counter and asked about my order and she asked one of the workers where is my order and the lady kept saying I got it and I kept telling her I didn't and she was starting to get mad saying I already got my order and than another worker came out and asked did I used the kiosk and I told her yes and a few minutesater I can hear the lady in the back still saying LOUDLY I gave her her order she lying and I even showed her the recipes from the kiosk and than she says what time did you make the order and I'm like thinking what that got to do with me not getting my food and than she says after oh well you did your order pass so on so on time and I'm like 🤔😡🤦🏿♀️ I have recipes in my hand showing my order numbers. Soon another worker came up and she apologized for the frustration and what not and said they'll have my order up and as I waited I was trying to calm down my blood pressure cause when I was pregnant years ago with my twins coming from a doctor's appointment at shands hospital( UNF&Shands🤷🏿♀️🤦🏿♀️ whatever it's called... ) and the lady there swore she gave me my order and said I must of ate it cause she served me and when the manager came out he provided me with a free drink and an extra large fries but I haven't went back until this year with my oldest son. But other than that I won't be going back to this McDonald's ever again.

I am so tired of ordering standard stuff, paying way to much money, and then having to pull into a parking space and wait for food. Do better McDonald's, that's pathetic.

Waited for a 1 hour for French fries watching cars constantly leave, you have kids in the car. You can't just walk inside without taking kids out of car seats. Putting them back in. If you're going to tell somebody to park at a number, you should be dealing with them. First, not the people that are still in line. This is ridiculous.
The worst Donald’s ever the girls were rude and ignored me for a good 10 mins, all I wanted this morning was a black coffee, I waited 15 mins for the worst coffee I ever had in my life, that coffee was so old that it made my stomach hurt, I had to throw it away, mind you two male customers came behind me and they immediately greeting them, I was treated rudely and they just made me wait for nothing and served me any old thing, coffee so old it was thick to swallow, do not go to this Mc Donald’s they don’t care what they serve or even care at all about their customers

Do not go to McDonald’s with the expectations that you are going to get what you ordered. Just be lucky you got food. I find my visit much more pleasant if I do not have any expectations…. including the milkshake machine always had a sweet tea, but I never complained. I’m just grateful I got something.
