SUCKKKSSSSSSS! one of the worst McDonalds in Jax Got a quick breakfast cuz they were nearby and it was a terrible mistake. Couldn’t even get through the bagel without feeling nauseous and ended up throwing up the whole meal. AT 6 AM!! My friend went back for compensation and the cashier immediately turned him down and walked away mid convo. When he spoke to the manager she told him she wouldn’t do anything about it. Wasted $13 on breakfast when I should’ve gone to the Wawa down the road for a sandwich. NEVER AGAIN!

The manager was very argumentative and misunderstanding, and didnt even care to listen to why i was returning my drink and wanted a remake. It was a simple drink and they messed it up then claimed the drink was all gone when there was still a lot left in the cup.

Terrible. Just terrible. Me and about 10 other cars sat in line waiting for at least 30 minutes. Our orders were never taken. After about 8 of the cars drove off without being able to order, I drove to the window, just to see the employees packing door dash orders and trying to avoid eye contact lol.

Worse McDonald's in Jacksonville, service is horrible like you're bothering them. You have to be buzzed into the bathroom and the lobby was sticky and dirty. No straws, napkins or condiments
I bought a sausage biscuit and I don’t know if the biscuit was old or if it was over cooked but it was so hard. Literally a waste of my money. I tried calling and no one answered the phone. If I wasn’t running late for work I definitely would’ve been back up there.

These people gave out my order to someone else and refused to fix more than half of it. I ordered 3 burritos, 2 sandwiches and a side. They said "breakfast was over", it was 11:01. They could have fixed it, they were just lazy. I asked the ladies who "helped me" what their names were. Their name tags were not visible, which is out of dress code. They said they were not obligated to give their names out.
Since they won't, I'll describe them. The lady with the curly wig and the girl with the pink sweater. They were rude and generally unhelpful about the mistake they made. I asked 5 times for their names. I wanted to give this place my business despite the bad reviews, that was clearly a mistake. There's a McDonalds not too far from here, just make the drive. It's not worth it for people who will make mistakes and not even try to fix it
