My chickens sandwich was Luke warm.. I asked for light ice on the kiosk nd they still file the cup up. When I noticed I let the manager know n the white guy just looked at me. I don't have time to continuously out ADULTS in their place let alone these disrespectful kids of this generation so I just left..

Five stars? I know!. Stars are a comparison. I used to go to Burger King. But service has gotten to be soo bad, I have sworn off Burger King. And I have come back to McDonalds. The Atmosphere. I was at my first McDonald's when I was 7. 1963. They have kind of defined Burger Joint. I give them Atmosphere.Food. There are places that have a distinct flavor. McDonalds is one of them. They have still had my favorite fries. My favorite Fish Sandwich.But the Service?!? Oh, it was like the heavens opened up, compared to BK here in Jacksonville, it was wonderfully fantastic service. These employees were serving customers fast, both inside, and through their double drive through. I saw employees looking at me instead of their phone. Smiles. It was the way Burger joints used to be. Wow

Unfortunately, the food was not good at all. I asked for the food to be well done. The fries tasted reheated, and the fish was not hot and made sloppy. Until last night, the service seemed to be getting better. I hope the next service and food is better. Every meal should be with pride.

We started out in the drive thru, and the line wasn't moving. Worse, they had one of the two drive thru lanes closed. So I went inside while my husband stayed in the truck. Once inside my order went through pretty quickly. When I got back outside, my husband told me that they'd let the woman ordering put in six separate orders.
