February 8, 2025 at 1:06am I went through the drive-through to place an order and the customer service representative for the drive-through at the time told me that I needed to hurry up and place my order after being told give me a moment because we have orders before yours already that we’re working. So when I go to place my order, I tell the gentleman that’s taking my order what I want at this time. I’m adding extra items to the sandwich that I’m going to be getting And the customer service representative tells me oh you need to let us know all of those islands when you place the order for the sandwich because they’re already making the sandwich. I’ve Worked in food service over 10 years now and that was a horrible experience I’ve ever had with food Service. I also asked the CSR for corporate number and was told I need to get out of line . I need the general manager / corporate to give me a call because that was so unprofessional and rude

I used the drive thru and since it was cold I just wanted a hot chocolate, it was the worst I had in my life, it felt like it was actually just hot watered coffee with chocolate to change the flavor. The service was quick but reluctant, I understand it was around 8pm but it shouldn't be like that

Meanwhile the service was good, a very nice lady gave us our food so I don’t wanna blame her or nothin but unfortunately I had eaten a quarter pounder that had too much pink in the middle and didn’t realize it until it was too late. Later that night I regretted eating that burger more than you can imagine. It hurt my stomach so damn bad, I threw up and everything else you can think of. I told my husband what symptoms I was having, he said it sounded like food poisoning and it damn well felt that way. This woke me the hell up. I will never eat McDonald’s ever again after this. The food is known for being usually quick and easy but ig the lord works in mysterious ways and I will be eating better thanks to you McDonald’s..

The worst Mc Donald's experience ever. We were at the restaurant for over ten minutes and none of the crew members acknowledged our presence or offered any assistance. They were loud between them and busy having fun while there were customers apart from us waiting. We got tired and sick of it and decided to leave.
You need some good workers.

Today was the absolute worst food I have ever had! The order was not right to begin with. The 1 sandwich that has egg, the egg was UNDER cooked! The sandwich without egg, the English muffin was so old and hard, I couldn't eat it! Utterly disgusting!

This is the slowest McDonald's ever. I ordered a 10 piece nugget and a soda. It took them over 30 minutes while hardly no one in line. Will not go to this McDonald's again.

I’d give this place -100 if I could. Live close to this location so my boyfriend and I have been several times in the past few months. Every time there’s been issues with customer service, usually a longer than usual wait and rude employees but being in retail myself I tend to give workers more leeway. But last night was ridiculous! We went around 11pm to grab some quick munchies and ordered thru the app. Nothing crazy, just two frappes and two bacon McDoubles. When we pulled up there was a line almost to Emerson, people standing outside their cars, and one lady outside the door arguing with a gentleman who only repeated he “no habla English” and her screaming she drives for Uber Eats. We pull up and the lady Uber driver immediately comes to our car and says “they’ve completely shut down! They are refusing to cook food!” My boyfriend and I look at each other and he asks her to repeat herself. She says she has been in line for twenty minutes waiting on a Uber Eats order, the dining room doors are locked, she’s seen five different employees walking around and hiding behind the wall next to drive through. We look for ourselves and sure enough, there are employees inside laughing and talking to each other. Suddenly the line starts to move and we hear a young lady’s voice apologizing over the speaker. As cars begin to drive away, two female employees bring some bags of food out and hand them to the Uber Eats driver, she’s yelling that the burgers better not be cold. When we finally get to the drive through speaker, no one says anything for another 5 minutes. Then we jump because a young woman is suddenly outside our car mumbling about not having a cook for another hour. My boyfriend, being a smartass, says “then how did the Uber lady get her food?” The employee says they had Uber orders prepared ahead of time. “So who cooked her food?” The cook who left. Ok. Cool. My thing is my very first job was at a McDonald’s in Clay County and I distinctly remember being crossed trained at the grill, front counter and drive through. I could still drop fries and put together a burger. Why would this location not cross train employees??

Sat in the drive thru for almost a hour being I placed an online order and it was the closest thing to me & my son wanted chicken nuggets
there was 5 cars ahead of me and as soon as I finally got to the speaker 
 “they weren’t taking orders because they were under staffed”. As there is 4 people sitting in the kitchen. They could have came out and told everyone that to begin with just like they told the man who walked to door that the lobby was closed and it was only drive thru. That’s the only reason I stayed because they made it sound like they were accepting orders and I was willing to wait being I know fast food can be a hassle for them sometimes. Don’t recommend this location. Very poor communication. Very poor staffing. People are getting paid to sit inside and do nothing.

No one came over and no one came to the window with my food. SLOW SERVICE with zero communication skills

One year later:

I went again unfortunately and I was ignored at the window for 20 minutes. They disconnected the phones and never took any Togo orders. Then they said they were backed up on DoorDash and they are prioritizing them. Horrible service

i ordered through the app today (12/28/24) and all the driver did was to drive around the neighborhood and FAILED to deliver my food and i most likely payed for his/her lunch!!! i want my food or a refund
