I love this place but today April 16 at 8:40 a white lady employee with blonde hair served people with a terrible attitude. Literally terrible attitude. If you don't like it, resign and give your job to someone better. The rest of the employees were extremely attentive and hardworking except her.

I wanted to try the new spicy nuggets so I asked for everything fresh and explained to them that I didn't mind waiting so the first box they gave me was room temperature and she ask was they hot I told her no so I waited to the window for a minute she came back with the bag an me foolishly thinking they where going to do there job they where re-dropped nuggets and fries...so ?

I don't understand what is going on in this Mac Donald, I order a double cheese burger and they just give me the upper bun the other half was missing, plus my kids ordered 2 cheese burger and 1 came with cheese the other non !! And my order took forever!!

Over 8 cars just waiting for them to wake up, it's close to midnight etc. 4 cars waiting at the drive through and 3 waiting on their food. These people are unreal.
i’m not sure what’s up with this mcdonalds but they need to be trained on not overfilling the drinks or wiping off the top whenever its full of liquid before handing it to someone… every time i go here, the lid of my drink is full of liquid and it ends up spilling everywhere!!tonight i received my drink through the drive thru and, unbeknownst to me, the entire lid was full of dr. pepper. she hands me the drink and because my car is a bit lower, she hands it an at angle and it spills all over me and my car. i wouldn’t have an issue if she had warned me that it was full of liquid or if it didn’t get on my white pants, but its getting ridiculous. a quick “be careful there’s a little on the lid” would suffice… or just empty the lid before handing it out! and then she says “oh sorry” and hands me a napkin LOLagain, i hate to be a karen but it got all over my white pants and i had plans

20 minutes in a drive thru is wild…the app isn’t worth the wait to be stuck

Food is literally rotten and cold. They make food way ahead of time. The health department should be involved. I waited in line for a long time and was OLD and COLD. I told them politely to remake it and what they do is reheat the old food you returned. Disgusting food! Not the first time. Gave it another chance never again! Oh and even the coke was pre poured and watered down ice cubes melted…so I asked for a cup of ice.Place lacks management and quality control.

Went tonight to get my usual order. Ordered online which usually takes 5 minutes to receive. Tonight it took 15 minutes in the drive thru with no one answering. I went in and proceeded to wait another 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. After someone coming up, it turns out they had given my food to someone else because they thought I wouldn’t show (I did, I was there for 30+ minutes). Granted the store only had two other customers there…..don’t know why this happened with multiple employees there too
