We ordered pizza and wings to go. The pizza was decent but the wings were the worst I’ve had in a long time. They were dry, overcooked, and tasted like they were reheated. If you’re expecting buffalo style wings, this isn’t the place to get them. We will go to Wingstop which is very close by.

Ok, so this review(s) is long overdue. This review is a combo of mult visits. first, the service is sub-par, the waiters aren't very knowledgeable about the menu on some things. One waiter took me and my wife's order without writing it down, figured he'd remember 2 orders/drinks. Later brought my meal, still waiting for my wifes meal-(salad), I asked about 15-20 min later where her salad was, went and checked on it, came back and said I forgot to put her order in. Naturally we were pissed, and she was hangry; he offered to put the order in now, We said no, and left with no tip. Other times we went it was either loud as hell, appetizers cold, always forget either me or my wifes drink, or the wait staff rarely come by to check to see if we need anything. I always say we'll never go back, though we give it a few months, try again, and almost always are disappointed.

Seated quickly, our server was great and very attentive. The food took foreverrr and everything dough based (pizza, calzone) was weirdly underproofed or undercooked and gooey. The pizza was delicious and nicely topped aside from that. The calzone was undercooked and under filled. Even the “pretzel bites” which are basically just pizza dough were weirdly gooey. The flavors were decent, but it was 100% not worth the money we spent. For the time we waited we expected the food to be top notch, and honestly the dough at Pizza Hut is better than what we got. The service was 100% fantastic though, but we probably won’t be back to this location.

Wheelchair accessibility: I’m sure it’s technically accessible but I wouldn’t want to try and navigate the layout with any mobility devices

Went to this location. Was greeted well and the ball was dropped from that point foward. We sat down and was waiting for our waiter to serve us. We sat for 10 minutes and still no one came to see about us. The disservice of this location was very blatant. A waiter look me in the eye 2 times and serviced 3 booths and a table within an arms length 4 times and didn't acknowledge to see if anyone checked on us... I was shocked and in disbelief by the disservice. I advised the hostess that no one came to serve us and all they could say was sorry. I don't get this service at the Tinseltown location where I have 20 people with me and was serviced well. I will NOT be advising anyone to come to this location. I was so unhappy that I had to sit in the parking lot to give this review. This location needs to make sure that their servers service ALL OF THEIR CUSTOMERS...

Let’s talk about TIP-FLATION. I ordered a pizza just, I pressed “submit”, not seeing the automatic $5.00 tip attached to my “takeout order”.

You have to be mindful when checking out now, these companies are pinching pennies and relying on you not paying attention.

Otherwise, great people, food and service, but I don’t like the sleezy on-purpose tip-scam most of these places are doing post-pandemic.

The buffalo chicken pizza ?? also their avocado portions for the Cobb salad was amazing

First time going here!! The food was great, and my 7 year old loved the cheese pizza. I say overall success.

The spinach dip and drinks were great but the pizzas were just AWFUL! Had the mighty meat and the veggie - the pizzas were dry, the dough were what I’d describe as gooey, tasteless globs. I had to ask for a side of marinara sauce to pour it on the pizza to try and eat it. But still didn’t offset the gooey glob. So disappointed cuz seems like such a fun place to hang out and eat. Not sure if the pizza chef just had a bad night or if their dough is always made that way but we won’t be going back.
