What a fun find! The Croissant French Toast was delicious. They offer it as a stand alone dish or as a platter (Bissell Breakfast). Others in my party got the original Bissell platter, the Bissell platter with waffle, and the Spicy Honey Chicken Biscuit. Everyone enjoyed their food and the fair prices for the amount of food you get.
Our waitress, Page, was excellent - friendly and attentive. We had a great experience. We will definitely be back next time we're in the area! Thanks!

It had been a few years since we stopped by. I was surprised to find the place only about half full at 10AM on a Saturday morning. The waitress said about half the orders now are doordash delivery and not as many customers come in. Well, winner winner for me and having no wait. I was surprised by the smaller menu and some of my favorites no longer available (example cream dried beef aka SOS). I also felt the specials on the board were lacking. I ordered the biscuits and gravy and the portions were huge and came with eggs and hashbrowns. The server, Jody Ann, was awesome. The parking is still a pain in the butt and I ended up halfway down the sidestreet.
Parking: Street parking is first come first serve. Read the signs and don't block the driveways.

I know this location appears as rated 4.6 stars but please trust the bad reviews you do see. It's been three times in the last 5 days and not one order has been correct. I've tried to call the restaurant all times just to be shot down with a " we never do anything wrong and we always do it right" before even letting me finish talking about what the problem is. Raw eggs bad pancakes poor packaging and the cook doesn't seem to either know how to cook nor Read and the managers don't take accountability or listen enough to make sure these problems don't keep happening. Not to mention if you get food close enough to closing which I didn't realize they close at 3:00 p.m. on a Thursday kind of weird they will throw in raw vegetables into some of the foods without even letting them cook if they have ran out. No, no, no. Don't go.

They don't have my favorite crab cakes Benedict anymore, so they were nice enough to make me just a poached egg Benedict which I requested on a croissant with extra green onions on top-turkey links on the side since they didn't have turkey patties to go on the croissant. Side of cheese grits and they use plenty of grated cheese instead of most places that just slap a piece of fake Kraft cheese on the top....yes I'm one of "those"? it was delicious and yes I did ask for extra hollandaise ??
