Try the papusas!
I enjoyed both the revueltas and the veggie filled ones. Pillowy and delicious!
None of the homemade sauces were too spicy, and the horchata was one of the best I'd ever tasted. I am going to be craving the chorizo for sure.
I will have to be back to try the tamales and the quesabirria (weekends only).
