It’s so hard to find authentic yummy milk tea & Vietnamese coffee! They did it FANTASTIC!!! And you can’t beat the price for this level of quality drinks! Terrific, quick service.

Bad service. Felt rushed and pressured to order. Drinks were OK but definetely overpriced, with heaping scoops of ice. Less ice or no ice options are over a dollar more. And bahn mi was mid.

We ordered the Banh trang tron, sugarcane juice and avocado durian smoothie, which is always delicious. The service is fast and friendly. The sweet lady packed my togo order very carefully and she gave us a free tofu pudding to try. Highly recommended!

Super disappointed with how stingy this place is. I ordered a $9 drink (already overpriced, let’s be real), and then I asked if they could fill my water bottle with some ice. They straight-up told me I’d have to pay for the ice. Seriously? Charging for ice after I already bought a drink is wild.
I used to come here a lot, even though it’s pricey, but this was the last straw. I’m not giving my money to a place that cares more about squeezing every penny than keeping their customers happy. Pls do better!

I drive 45 mins to get to this place. They have the most amazing sugar cane juice. Sometimes the wait time is a little longer but totally worth it.

I ordered sugarcane juice and ask for less ice. The cashier said that will be extra charge. I replied that'll be fine. However, they still give me almost a full big scoop of ice!
