The high urine oder all most sickening, the floor have never been mopped, the base boards had months of collected diet, never wiped down, most uncomfortable bed I have ever been forced to sleep on. The next morning when I could see, I didn't get in the room till almost dark, tiny black beetles were on all the walls, tiny hatched out roaches, and flied. That's not all.
Never refer anyone to go there.

We stayed here when we evacuated southwest florida for hurricane milton. I gave 5 stars. It's not a 5-star resort, and they dont pretend to be. It's a very clean, very comfortable motel and the price is fantastic. Great location next to downtown and lots of food options and shopping close. Walmart across the street. Rooms are updated and have great pressure in the showers. Beds are comfortable with amazing pillows (always annoyed when pillows are cheap these were excellent). I definitely wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Rooms: Rooms were horrible. Mold all over. Door didn't shut tight, with light shining in around the gap. We had to yell for someone to check us in.

I moved the beds and it was very dirty, ask the hausekipin to move the beds so they can clean them well, thank you very much

I’m a light traveler and this place was $50 a night. It was great! The bathrooms are clean, the beds were OK, you felt like you were at a motel. It was pretty quiet, there’s a Walmart across the street, the beach is a 30 minute drive and there’s housekeeping. Would recommend, would stay again.
If you’re traveling with someone that is a Little bougie or has a higher minimum standard of quality then go stay somewhere else that’s more expensive.

Had a great stay here over the passed weekend yeah the neighborhood is a little rough in the surrounding area but all in all the riff raff is kept away the staff called me after i didnt show up for my reservation to make sure i was safe and on my way. I was actually broke down and i didnt get there until 6 in the morning but the staff continued to call every few hours to make sure i didnt assistance they were incredibly tentative i got extra towels they changed the sheets for me every morning which most hotels if you stay extended like that they dont change them unless you ask but they came and asked me if i would like new bedding and they sent a house keeper right up swapped me out. All in all the stay was great. Will be staying there again if there is a return trip. Thank you all staff for be accommodating.

I got a refund from the property which over 2 weeks later is still not shown in my acct. Why? Because the front desk employees refunded my money to their credit card and lie about it the whole time. DO NOT STAY HERE! Go somewhere spend a couple of extra dollars on a good room. These people will rob you blind if you let them.Rooms: Run down
