Dalia was an absolute treasure, she was the absolute sweetest and was super attentive, the overall service was amazing and the food was delicious! My fiancé and I will be back!

2nd time dining here. Started with a house salad, the lettuce was fresh & crispy, so happy they don't use bagged salad, you can definitely tell the difference.

The Stromboli is craveable! HAD to order it again, will probably order it next time, too! Stuffed with cheese, pepperoni and sausage, they fill it from end to end, within like an inch or so from each tip. Totally appreciate the full bowl of fresh marinara, too, because I practically drink it, LOL

The server who greeted us was cheerful & welcoming. Our server also was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable.

Food & service impeccable!

For the most part the atmosphere was nice, we appreciated the college games on all the tvs, given it was a Saturday, and the restaurant was clean.

My only issue is the seating. For the 2nd time we sat in a different booth than before, but like the 1st visit, the vinyl on the seats is all severely cracked. It was a warm day, we're in shorts, and the backs of my legs were getting pinched the whole time.

We'll continue to return and I promise if they finally reupholster or replace the seating, I'll definitely edit this to 5 stars, because everything else is on point.

Went to lunch with my mom and the service was very slow (not because they were busy). That same day there were multiple charges on mother’s card for Spotify, CashApp, ApplePay, and other services.
I do not recommend this place, but if you choose to go, MAKE SURE TO USE CASH !!!

It absolutely PAINS me to say that I feel I could have had a better tasting meal at Olive Garden. The Alfredo was flavorless, side salad boring, and the chicken Parm was okay I guess. Pizza was nothing to write home about but I wasn’t mad at it.
The garlic butter breadsticks were good!
I think I’m just really bent out of shape about that flavorless Alfredo sauce, to be honest. It’s a rare day when I have to salt my food, because I find that insulting to the kitchen… but in this case that’s all I had.

10/03/24 Omg that was THE BEST Lasagna I've had in Years!! Absolutely delicious and a plentiful amount. Lots of meat and cheese, they didn't skimp. The Tiramisu is to die for! I'm not kidding. I love this location on Beach blvd alot better than the one at the beach. And such a nice manager or owner. ?❤️

Johnny and his amazing crew accommodated our group of over 25 people on a Friday night! Got us in and out quickly while also ensuring everyone got the correct food and met specific food allergies request. The amazing owner came out and greeted us, at the end gave us all a free dessert that was so yummy and delicious. Would recommend this place to anyone in Jacksonville!! 11/10 recommend

We had a large party of 25 and Johnny (our server) was AMAZING! The restaurant owner treated us with free funnel cakes. Amazing service, food, and atmosphere, cannot recommend enough!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I always have loved their pizzas but this time was just so disheartening, I can’t order from them anymore in good conscience. We ordered through an app for a large pizza and somehow the app glitched, changing it to a small pizza. We called the restaurant and they claimed “they cannot change/cancel the order, only the app can do that” and unfortunately, the buffoon on the phone was extremely rude about it by saying “not my problem”We then contacted the app and they said they can’t change/cancel the order from their end, which meant the loser lied to us. Know what the worst part is? Someone else grabbed our order too before we could leave the house!! Now, we have to spend more money for our dinner somewhere else. What a bunch of liars.

Milano's restaurant never disappoints. Our server was quiet and seemed shy, but once she got going, she took customer service to the highest level. I do not remember her name, but I believe it began with the letter D. The portions are huge with a great side salad and bread sticks. My go-to place when we eat out. We'll worth the cost!!!!!
