Minerva Indian Restaurant Jacksonville

Ordered food through Uber Eats yesterday. We ordered Paneer Tikka Masala, Kadhai Paneer, Paneer Butter Masala (yes we are fans of Paneer :)), and Veg pakoda and every item was delicious. Right spice levels, good gravy and pretty good quantity. Recommended!

I ordered online from this restaurant and had the best kadhaai paneer, paneer tikka masala and methi malai paneer. They also sent free mixed pakodas..it was awesome.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Karma! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and truly made us feel like family. But the real star is the food. Every single dish was bursting with authentic flavor, perfectly balanced spices, and the kind of love you can only get from recipes passed down and perfected over time.

What makes Karma so special is that the entire menu was created by the owner’s wife, inspired by dishes she made back home in India. You can taste the tradition, the pride, and the passion in every bite. It’s easily the best Indian food I’ve ever had — fresh, flavorful, and made with care.

The customer service and atmosphere were amazing. They were very attentive from the time we walked in, they explained what everything was which was helpful. The food was good as well. I just wish the temperature was hot. I also love that juice was included in the price.

Best naan in the city! This restaurant has transformed for the better, and the food is absolutely incredible. We stepped out of our comfort zone and tried new dishes, and we were thoroughly impressed. The space is spacious, with plenty of tables and even accommodations for parties. The staff was attentive without being overbearing. Among the Indian restaurants in Baymeadows, this one stands out as the best, offering a wide variety of vegan options too. Highly recommended!

I’m not very familiar with Indian cuisine, but I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning to try more dishes! My wife and I dined at Minerva for the first time yesterday, and we had a delightful experience. The service was wonderful—helpful, friendly, and welcoming—and we thoroughly enjoyed most of our dishes. If you're sensitive to spice, as we are, be sure to request your food prepared very mild, which worked perfectly for us. The masala dosa, saag paneer, and tender lamb in coconut curry sauce were all excellent. While the ambiance could be enhanced with dimmer lighting for dinner, overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and we look forward to returning.

We recently moved to Jacksonville and were on the lookout for some authentic Indian cuisine. We decided to try Minerva and were very impressed with the fast service and delicious, authentic flavors. Our order included Chicken Manchurian, masala dosa, butter chicken, butter naan, and roti. Everything was packed with flavor, and we’re excited to return for more!

Today we came in Planning to order off the menu, but last minute changed our minds and decided to go with the Buffet! Everything on the Buffet was fresh, delicious and exquisite!!
I have come to this restaurant on many occasions, and never been disappointed! Their breads are phenomenal! I especially enjoy their biryani as well as their lamb korma!!! I highly recommend this restaurant and hope you will enjoy it! The service is also notably wonderful!!! The atmosphere is really quite pretty. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
