Small sandwich shop with big tastes and an Italian flair! Sooooo good! Been here three times now for lunch. It's been added to the regular rotation! Highly recommend. Try the paninis!! They are the most popular!

My wife and I enjoy the sandwiches and soups at MochaRitas and look forward to it when we decide to go there.
The downside is the wait times and on multiple occasions we arrived shortly after their advertised opening time of 11 and they were nowhere to be found. Today we waited until 11:15 and still no one was in sight.
