HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! They used to be wonderful and now they are awful. They close earlier than posted on their website. I arrived 10 minutes before 10pm (which is the time they close) and they were already closed up and wouldn’t serve me. This is in fact the third time this has happened and I find it annoying and disrespectful. These little twerps are ruining this place! Move on and find a new place!
This is the last time I come to this yogurt shop. The shop used to have more yogurt options available and the place used to be cleaner. In addition, the vanilla yogurt has been changed to this weird looking yellowish color. I’m very disappointed.
Staff is the coolest ever, everyone who works there is awesome, tons of toppings and flavors, I love this place.
This place is so cute, I love the layout and lighting. Highly recommend for hang outs or a quick bite! The workers there are very kind and helpful, wont forget this one kid with a long earring , glasses, tall and looked Filipino. Great energy from this place! Just maybe more stocks and flavors, busy so get there early!!
that filipino guy with long earring does good services love talking to him helps me with life and stuff. great frozen yogurt!
My mom and I were out shopping at the town center & I was raving to her about Mochi so she decided she would try it. We walk in and nobody was in there besides the kid working(Looked phillipino, maybe teenaged, had 1 long earring). I'm telling my mom how to get started and sample things etc well 1. There is BARELY ANY flavors at that location 2. All the ones my mom wanted were empty. Venetian coffee, Vanilla & forgot the other one.. so We tell the kid and he goes back & forth from foh to boh and wasn't communicating if he was fixing it or what. She finally gets chocolate and I get taro and most the toppings are close to gone! All fruit type toppings were almost empty, brownies were crumbs just a terrible experience especially to my mom as a first timer. If there was no one in there why did he not check those things? Another mom and daughter came in and walked out cuz the options were nothing! This was 5pm on a Monday- clearly a busy time for town center
What happen Mochi?! Your fruits are spoiled and yoir yogurt is sour. That's not how it's suppose to be. Used to be my favorite spot for dessert.
I've had my fair share of froyo and mochis and this one definitely disappoints. The only decent flavor was taro but even then I could get myself to order it. The guys working there are great though.
Cut rate fro-yo. No hot fudge, no hot caramel, no whipped cream, and a very limited selection of flavors and toppings. How can you not have toffee, Oreos, or Butterfinger crumbles on your toppings bar? No one wants animal crackers or Raisinettes on their fro-yo.
Mochi is really good! The flavors are awesome and the price reasonable.

There was nobody at the counter when I arrived. I waited two minutes before calling out. An less than enthusiastic young man came out and answered that it was one mochi for an exorbitant price. I got overpriced frozen yogurt instead.
This place was our favorite yogurt place until about a month ago. Not sure what happened, but it's so dirty inside, it's disgusting. I'm not taking my kids here anymore. And, the only bathroom that's there is closed. So sad
Great yogurt at a great price. It was self serve so you can get what you want, as much as you want. Nice little outdoor seating area as well.
Got menchies or something... I've never been to a fro yo place that was so sad. They had 3 flavors that weren't "out of order" and all their topping were older than my grandma.
Just not my cup of tea. It all just tastes sour. Disappointed cause I was hyped from seeing the mochi. If you like sweet and sour, you'll like this place.
