GREAT ramen and staff! However, 50% of the time their online orders are not received and you end up having to wait for them to prepare your order that you placed 15-20 min prior to arriving. I unfortunately had to switch to another place that isn't as good but has much better online ordering.

Its my personal belief that a ramen place should be judged on their tonkatsu ramen if they carry it as it is the most common. Thats what I ordered and I wasn't too thrilled after my second visit tl this restaurant. First off, the broth tasted ok. Not anything incredible. Second, the noodles were plentiful in portion but were of a straight variety vs. Wavy and also tasted as though they were made out of a different ingredient than traditional ramen noodles. I wasn't a fan of the taste nor the texture. Ill admit that preference can be a personal taste, but the real killer was the egg. Instead of being marinated as you would expect of most ramen eggs (and one of the parts i most look forward to), it was like they just hard-boiled an egg and threw it in. They do have great variety in the number of different ramen they serve but after being here twice, there's just other better options in the area for a better base ramen if youre willing to spare a few extra minutes.

I’ve been here a handful of times and every time I walk out blown away with how good everything was. Do yourself a favor and try some Bingsu.
We had two options for our Ramen, a DIY and an order from the back. We tried both. The server was great and so was the Ramen.

Ridiculous. Wasted my time 2x to come all the way from Orange Park and picked up my kids early from school for nothing. First time, i pulled up 5 to 3pm and was told it was closed. Today, i pulled up 2:42 and she closed on us and said the kitchen closes at 2:45. Then why does your sign say 3? Maybe you need to change your hours! I hate leaving a bad review but i hate wasting my time more and having upset kids again.
