Ridiculous. Wasted my time 2x to come all the way from Orange Park and picked up my kids early from school for nothing. First time, i pulled up 5 to 3pm and was told it was closed. Today, i pulled up 2:42 and she closed on us and said the kitchen closes at 2:45. Then why does your sign say 3? Maybe you need to change your hours! I hate leaving a bad review but i hate wasting my time more and having upset kids again.

This is hands down my favorite ramen spot in Jacksonville! The owners, if I’m not mistaken, are Korean, but that doesn’t matter one bit. Their food absolutely speaks for itself.
We’ve been here multiple times and have consistently had amazing experiences. The ramen is rich, flavorful, and always perfectly executed. The noodles are cooked to perfection, and the broth is simply outstanding!
And don’t even get me started on the Korean Fried Chicken! It’s easily the best we’ve had anywhere, far better than other places that serve the same dish.
Excellent atmosphere, the kids liked the food and my kids are super picky.

Walked in, we were the only ones to be seated. Waited 6 minutes for someone to come and seat us. She took our drink order, asked if we needed a minute with the menu and we said yes. Our toddler spilt water and we tried to clean it up, she brought a couple paper towels. We told her we need more. And.. she never came back. We waited over 20 minutes as she takes everyone else’s order who was seated after us, telling them, “sorry for the wait, ..” as we never got helped again. Worst service experience I’ve had in a long time. We eventually got up and left.

The food here was amazing! The ramen was so flavorful and comforting, and the chicken karaage was perfectly crispy. I also tried the mango and Oreo bingsu, which were both delicious and refreshing. Great service and a really nice atmosphere definitely worth coming back!

Modu Ramen is easily one of the best ramen spots I’ve tried. The broth is rich and flavorful without being too heavy, and the noodles have the perfect texture. Each bowl feels carefully crafted, with fresh ingredients and generous toppings. My server Gabe is welcoming and attentive, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting perfect for both a casual meal or a night out with friends.

I was there for lunch and order veggie Ramen and an order of chicken on the side it says $14.50 on the menu. Not only it was not that good as I wanted to be when I went home I had stomach problem They also over charged me as you see on the receipt did not had time to wait or argue and I was witso I just paid and left They most likely purchased reviews dirty floors and not a nice ambient They can keep that $11 they overcharged I hope this hurts more than that
