(Giving 5 stars because anytime I came here, service and food was amazing. Disappointed in its closing.)

Signs for drive through is everywhere but after many attempts of speaking at drive through speaker and driving back around, no luck. The inside made me lose my appetite, it is not very clean and people that work here seem miserable. Actually not just the employees both customers and employees looked miserable 😂🤣😂. I regret coming here for food. I still tried to eat my burrito but it tasted bland, waste of money. I ended up throwing away my food.

This location wasn't up to standard. Lady taking our order had headphones on and we had to repeatedly tell her each topping as she wasn't really paying attention. She gave us very small portions of meat on the burrito. Chips were super cold. After the employees served us they immediately retreated into the kitchen.

Didn’t catch her name, but the lady with the short black hair with the green in it was super nice! give her a raise!!

The manager took good care of us.

The employees at this moes have always done a great job with taking care of their customers, as well as making great food.

Taylor and Amber work their tails off! They don’t half ass anything! Unfortunately I can’t say that about other staff. Have ate in here several times and food was always hot, fresh, and prompt.

What I ordered versus what I got

Horrible. The restaurant was filthy dirty. The employees stood around complaining about their fellow co-workers and gossiping, when there was plenty to clean. I paid $20 for lunch that I threw in the trash because it was disgusting. Never again.

I ordered 3 burrito bowls for delivery along with chips and salsa. My chips and salsa were left out and the cilantro lime rice has a lot of lime juice that is over powering the taste of the burrito bowl. It also tastes like that fake lime juice that comes in the plastic lime shaped bottles at the store. One of my bowls had seasoned rice and it of course didn’t have that lime flavor. I called to let them know they may want to taste and remake the rice, but no one is answering and the voicemail is full.

Bad customer service the guy work on Thursday 1/9 /25 at nigh really mean. he was ask me call customer told them the item customer was order out and ask him to replacement different item . I called then gave the phone for he talked for make sure everything right but he was yelling me. I am a dasher from doordash just came pick up and responsibility delivery to customers, I am not responsibility to contact the customer and offer a replacement item that his job. He is the seller or customer service who processed the order .

Always a win at Moe's! Great grub, pleasant staff, great atmosphere. Their Tuesday deals rock!
