It is unfortunate how customer service doesn't exist anymore. Went through the drive though the lady working had a horrible attitude and was more concerned about how I was inconveniencing her for making her do her job. I recommend you order online and avoid interacting with the workers here.

My favorite Moe’s in the Jacksonville area. I go every Sunday for lunch and the staff is always pleasant. Definitely an easy spot for a quick take out.

I had a last minute order for my birthday party. Rochella and Katlyn were extremely helpful in helping me decide on food choices and portions. Rochella was patient and answered all my questions with a smile.

Very friendly staff, always very welcoming when you enter the building. Always clean and fresh looking. Food always hot and served fast. Katlyn and rochella helped me out so much, very excellent customer service. Definitely need a raise.

We used the drive thru to order food on our way home. Service through the drive thru was fine. I can understand and respect the busyness of a food place during lunchtime. Unfortunately, no one was happy with having stale chips, and I can't say I was pleased to find the produce sticker still attached to the green pepper. We were a bit disappointed that our first meal left a lot to be desired.

I liked it very much and the customer service was very good. The food was very tasty. They prepared me a delicious burrito with meat and chicken. The best thing is its deep cheese!!!

I’ve been here a few times in the past and I’ve never had a problem until last night.

When I arrived I went through the drive thru, there was no customers in the store or in drive thru.

The way I was greeted at the speaker was so rude and unprofessional there was no warm greeting. The young lady asked me to take a look at the menu and she would be back with me. I was waiting 10 mins to place an order!

Once I finally got to place my order I was rushed through the process. When I got to window to pay, I wanted to add a cup of queso and chips. The rude lady at the window began to proceed to ask me if I wanted more chips after I stated I was adding a cup of queso and chips.

When she went to grab the chips and queso I noticed a gentleman came from the back and the lady proceeded to tell the gentleman in a very rude way how I wanted to add additional food and what I already had. I also witnessed the same gentleman with gloves on, pick up trash off the floor and with those same gloves use them on the table where the food is made. He did not change gloves at all which is unsanitary.

Now on to the food it was terrible the quality was horrible and the taste was awful. My chips on my nachos were so soggy I had to try to remove them. Once I removed most of the chips I was left with such a small amount of food it was a shame! Their queso was the only good item.

I will not be coming back here and most definitely would not recommend you to eat here!

I found myself visiting this location multiple times while traveling for work. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. My order was prepared quickly, and the food was hot and fresh. Special shoutout to Rochella, Reggie and Reggie (yes, Reggie x 2)! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Customer service is on point and will definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area!

This location was so sloppy looking, and the staff definitely didn't want to be there the weekend we went. I was pretty hungry and still decided not to eat there. My wife ordered a Burrito bowl, and was sick all night.

I walked in the guy behind the counter had a attitude tell me how I should tell people my order I walk in I said can I get a homewreaker before I said anything else he cuts me off and says umm next time you walk into a Moes you need to tell them what type I said a beef burrito he said ummm yeah I been going to Moes for years and order the same things where is the customer service frfr
