This is the worst Moes. Make the drive to the Atlantic Blvd location instead, their service and food quality is way better. I come to this town center location to try and get something healthy while shopping, but their attitude every time is like they’re bothered I came to eat. Most recently, no greeting, two employees showing each other their phones and then attitude when I didn’t tip. Food quality was ok but chicken is overcooked. The tables were dirty and I paid $16.50 for my experience. I’ve tried this location enough times and I finally give up. I’ll just get Chick-fil-A next time.

First of all, I live right across the street from this Mose and when I started coming here three years ago, the staff was very professional and now all of a sudden, when you walk in, nobody even says welcome to Moe’s. Now, let me get into the meat of this review. I walked in today and again I got no greeting. I stood waiting patiently to be asked about my order and the African-American gentlemen just continued to restock his area and clean up. I guess when he was done, he came over and asked what can I get? I told him I wanted to get the nachos with the chips on the side, or in the bag. I told him I wanted it, black beans, ground beef, and seasoned rice. He begins scooping out the toppings and putting them in little compartments, as if I was ordering mashed potatoes, green beans, and potato salad. So I stopped him, and said usually when I order my nachos this way they will put on the toppings on top of each other just as if there were nacho chips on the bottom. He said with an attitude well that’s not the right way to do it, I told him I’ve been ordering my nachos this way to keep my chips from getting soggy by the time I get to my destination to eat. He said well I’m only gonna give you one scoop of each so this is the way to do it. By that time, I was so frustrated that I didn’t even wanna eat anymore. I mean, I couldn’t even think and he just began saying is this all you wanted? I said yes that’s it. I didn’t even get a chance to order a drink. I just wanted to get out of there. The young lady who rang me up was very nice and polite, but he looked like he hated the Job, and did not want to be at work. This location is falling down each interaction at a time. The The Town center restaurants are supposed to reflect the prosperity of this area, and if you guys don’t get this problem fixed this place will be a one star restaurant which it is now a 3.4 star.

Y'all ruined my partners first time at Moe's because of how toxic you are. They have social anxiety and didn't need that bad demeanor coming off you.

He got irritated that my partner looked at the screen to type a number in when they asked for it. He got irritated that they had 2 QR codes to scan. And the man making our food got irritated and disrespectful because there was no chipotle ranch out front and I had to ask him for it I'm not going to sit and scrape the bottom of the pan for you dude.

Y'all were so annoying that you made my partner forget sour cream and extra queso on the side. I'm not your boss so idk why I need to say people do look different so grow up little babies and realize you have a customer service job where you will interact with all kinds of different people isn't that crazy?

The food was amazing though especially for the price. You do need to change your fryer oil though the chips are kinda nasty about like your attitudes

I used to love going to Moe's and haven't been in a long time. I don't know if it's just this location, but it was not good. The management was slow and only the one worker was working hard. The Homewrecker i got was dry, the meat was cheap, knuckly, overcooked and the seasoning was terrible. The chips were stale and the oil tasted burnt. To top it all off, it cost $20 with a 10% tip. The place was decently clean.

I’m not sure what is going on but the past few times I have been to this location we have gotten incredibly stale chips.

That was the nastiest food I have ever eaten. Plus the service was trash, we told the guy who work there that it was our first time here and he was so rude for no reason.

Don’t know if it’s just this location or all of Moe’s, but the quality and customer service has gone in the toilet.
Everything was cold and looked like it had been sitting for a while and this was around 1:45pm.
The man behind the counter was using a filthy, dried food encrusted construction type blade to open bags of food and dumping it in on top of old stale food. 🤮🤮 Calling the health department to see if they have had previous health code violations.
Looks like they don’t make things fresh there anymore like their main competitor does. Certainly hadn’t made anything fresh in the past couple hours.
The mannerisms of the people behind the counter was apathetic at best. Definitely not friendly and definitely ZERO enthusiasm.

Will NOT be returning!!

Not my first time, but haven't been here in awhile. And I'm not returning. The food was different. They don't have as many toppings as I remember. Not nasty but not great 😕
