I haven’t even received my food but if you want to wait 40 minutes on a pickup order then this is the place to go. Placed a pickup order because I was in the area had my husband go in to the store to pick it up and he was told it would be a while. No customers were in the store. He had to wait for them to make the food for customers who came in 20 minutes after him. Not sure if they have a manager on duty tonight very disappointing.

My most recent experience was anything but pleasant. I patiently waited for my pick up order for over 40 minutes to only be given an incorrect order and when it was brought to the employees attention I was greeted with a harsh attitude. If you are looking for a welcoming experience skip this location

You folks are still awesome at 4403 Roosevelt Blvd. Jacksonville, FL, since my first visit to a Moe's Southwest Grill in 2014 at this location.. I enjoyed the Moe's App new free Quesbirria taco that I purchased with my meal. I miss the sauteed mushrooms and onions, but the queso is delicious. Thank you. 😁

FOOD POSION? Eating here puts you at risk of getting it. Not only have they screwed my order up each time but this time they could put my health at risk. I ordered 2 Stacks and a BOGO burrito off Uber eats but I picked it up. After placing my order i called and asked them to mark the stacks since they were different. When I open the bag I see the marked the stacks on reciept paper. It was not taped to the Togo box, it was inside the to go container touching the food! Not only is that gross but it's unsanitary. I sent a email thinking they would apologize for the unsanitary practice and just get this from the manager.......Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and concerns with us. I sincerely apologize that your recent experience with Moe's Southwest Grill did not meet your or our expectations. I take this feedback very seriously and want to ensure that I properly address your concern for proper coaching and training! I appreciate your time and look forward to you our future......that was it a basic template emaill. STAY AWAY FROM MOES. Not only do they always screw up the order but they preform unsanitary actions and plus the food this time was very dry and disgusting. The 3 times I ordered from here I always selected chips with salsa. All 3 times it was missing salsa.

They always make mistakes with online orders and barely put food into the bowls. Definitely not worth the money! If you want to order from this location go inside and watch them make it otherwise they will mess it up! We ordered a bowl with steak that got no steak and they added lettuce instead. We have given this location multiple try’s and they mess up everytime.

I don’t know what they’re doing over at this store but it’s definitely not reading the order slips.

Ordered 3 items and all 3 looked like someone just tossed whatever they wanted into it. Disgusting amount of beans, practically no rice and there was enough cheese to fill the entire lid of the container.

There’s no way someone read the slip that was taped to the bag. Careless and disrespectful. No consideration for other people or the people whose food you are preparing. Gross. Literally do better

In Divine Time.

I visited this store tonight (7:15) and the customer service was horrible. No one greeted me. I stood at the counter and asked if someone would take my order.... (Because I was being ignored) Someone finally took my order and the girl who rang me up had a horrible attitude. I gave her a cash tip and she took it with no smile no thank you, nothing. I asked for my tip back (something I've never done) because I knew it would bother me all night if I didn't. This was my first time visiting a moes. ( I've ordered from door dash but never actually went into a store) My daughter told me that when you walk in you're greeted with a warm welcome to moes!!! But that wasn't the case here. No one was happy that I came. It will be my last time visiting this store.

I'm sorry to say customer service was terrible un top of things the person fixing the food was by himself and he forgot one of my burritos,so I live 20mn away had to back to get my food and there's no apology or nothing. Anyway not going to eat there ever

As many have mentioned, this location used to be great. The quality, attention to detail and service has all noticeably declined. My recent order was cold, over salted, missing ingredients and essentially inedible.

So I came in to get something to eat and WAS NOT GREETED AT ALL!!!! I waited a few minutes to see if someone was going to TAKE MY ORDER N THEY ARE ALL STANDING AROUND AND NOT HELPING!!! I won’t be back! No wonder why I stoped coming to these restaurants!! MIND U I AM THE ONLY ONE IN HERE ITS NOT BUSY AT ALL…. Like wow
