Management needs to improve. Went in tonight 12/2/25 around 6:30pm. One young man taking care of the never ending line alone, he kept such a great attitude throughout all the chaos. I heard the young lady at the register say Jaylen or Jayden was his name. Older lady was cooking food and turns to the line of people and says “if yall see me pull out a gun and start shooting the place up because this machine don’t mind me” Highly inappropriate joke to make in these times especially to customers/strangers.

Overall feel bad the young staff was put in this predicament, need to schedule and prepare better.

Some tall lightskin with curly hair was very welcoming I enjoy coming here often sometimes just to see him! He is very nice and polite make my food very fresh everytime! I recommend this moes out of all of them.

I don’t recommend this place. Last time I was here a worker dropped a kitchen spoon and kept using it. I told him he couldn’t use a dropped item. I stopped coming here but today ⬇️

I had two different burritos meals & I told the guy to label them to prevent mix up. Well he labeled them wrong. I called Moe’s & no one picked up so call gets forwards to voicemail but you can’t leave a message because it’s full. I won’t return. Hello Chipotle

Complete trash the guy rolling the burritos had 0 idea what the heck he is doing the girl working is walking around with earbuds in having a private conversation while on the clock. My burrito looked like it got punched it was put together so poorly .it completely fell apart and could not be salvaged . Won’t go here again if I can help it chipotle is in the same plaza . Take your business elsewhere .

Kaylum was absolutely awesome! Even with a to-go order, he went above and beyond fast, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. The store was clean food was fresh ..Moe’s needs more people like him. Give this guy a raise he deserves it!

I don’t know what Moes is thinking. What happened to the music artworks and playing tunes in the 2000s. What happened to welcome to Moes. It had vibrant energy.
In this location it’s dead. The walls are black the lights are dim and it’s a ghost town with 1 employee working. The prices are outrageous. The food on the line looked terrible but it was okay. Definitely not the best I’ve had from Moes. Was able to finish it though. The salsa looked so fresh but surprised me with an extremely rotten taste. The employee was nice but I bet working here is so depressing with how dark and dead it is inside.
