I had an amazing experience at Moe’s! The customer service was very well and the Food was excellent! I loved the consistency and the courtesy of The workers. All of the workers were very respectful especially a woman Named Shay who was very kind and quick witted. I recommend for the people who haven’t had the chance to try Moe’s To give it a try because it is outstanding!

Today's visit wasn't pleasant at all. This location could use some additional help. The lobby/seating area needs a bit of tidying and sanitizing,I attempted to use the bathroom but this to needed some attention, and the serving station wasn't as clean/counter space. I was unhappy with the service.

Having traveled across town from a different Moes to satisfy my kids' wish for Taco Tuesday dinner, this location was a nice reprieve. I didn't eat the food personally, but my kids enjoyed it. I'm rating it a five on service because a newer employee asked for clarification on the kids' meal discount, and the second employee patiently helped him. At the Regency location, the "manager" lacked customer service skills, so it was refreshing to see two younger people work with integrity and pride. I will prioritize this location going forward.

This store is always messy the staff is rude minus Wendy and 1 other young lady. I spoke with someone that I’m guessing is supposed to be the person over the SM after asking to speak with corporate and instead of resolving the issue made it worse. This location should be shutdown completely at this point or needs to make some adjustments to the staff.

I usually don't have any issues when I go to Moe's! The food is always delicious and filling. Some employees are friendlier than others, but I take that with a grain of salt cause they may have been having a bad day (it happens ?). I hate that they removed the meal option and made everything a la carte, but that just means I get one less thing.

Food quality seems to be in decline. Last few visits I think the oil they're cooking the chips in is old and getting rancid making them taste bitter.
There was a rancid smell in the building, but the food is good. I wish ya'll would have ready made tofu instead of having to cook it every time.

After having to wait twenty minutes of standing around for the meat to finish cooking, we were given cold stale chips, and the posted price did not reflect the actual purchase even remotely. Been over a year since trying this location, and I now remember why.

Ordered online, two moe meat moe cheese bowls and two cups of queso. Complimentary chips were not even halfway filled in the bag, and they failed to provide the one cup of queso. Spent more money than I would have liked, including a 20% tip. I shouldve checked before I left, but I wont have to worry about that again because I wont be returning. Sad.

I’ve been to Moe’s before, but it’s been awhile and the quality has gone down significantly. The chips where almost white as snow and has no flavor. Every single salsa at the salsa bar tasted like water. My taco was underwhelming. The only good thing was the service and that’s it’s cheap.
