Moe's Southwest Grill

Jax Beach location closed even though their website says it's open. Closed as in, the space is empty! Went to the store in the Lowes parking lot on Atlantic Blvd. Love it! They were there. They were open. They took my order promptly and I was out the door in 20 mins. Great tasting food as always. Crispy chips with free salsa!

Food was delicious. Friendly staff too. I love the Space B Green US sauce.

The food always seem lukewarm to me.

I really enjoyed this place, just like the nearby Lily FS Restaurant! Moe’s Southwest Grill offers delicious and fresh southwestern dishes. The burritos are packed with flavor, and the chips with queso are a perfect complement to any meal. The atmosphere here is cozy and relaxing, making it an ideal spot to grab a quick bite with friends or family. Just like at Lily FS Restaurant (located at 1706 Southside Blvd #6, Jacksonville, FL 32216), the attention to quality and taste is top-notch. The staff is friendly, and the food is always fresh and satisfying. I’ll definitely be back to try more delicious dishes!

Went in today and the food was fresh the young man said he was the manager was very friendly and helpful with helping me deciding what I want I never been to Moe’s so being a first experience I’ll definitely will be coming back

If i could give 0 stars i would for employee Aniyah i would. not greeted, on her phone when approached and did not wash her hands before serving my food. I instantly walked out and called the store. Manager Riain was great handling the situation 10 stars for her. And for the company, please review your sanitary standards with employees.

I had ordered a homewrecker bowl with extra steak. I had charged my card, but the full amount had not hit my card yet, so it took off $7. I had money in my pocket, and she was on the phone with the manager, compensating the meal NOT for me, but for their store. She wouldn't take my money, so I asked for a refund back to my card. They never gave me the refund, and they told me the manager wouldn't give it to me because it had extra steak. Even though I flashed my money in front of them, they said there was nothing they could do cause they already compensated the meal for their own inventory purposes, would not give me the meal, and took my $7 so I couldn't order another bowl. They took my money and wouldn't take my cash, and I left shamed and empty handed hungry without food in front of customers with my order on the counter. For them to just throw it away or eat it themselves (whatever they planned to do with it) and took my money even though I had more to pay for it, I felt so hopeless. You form your own opinion from this story, but please choose another Moe's. I gave them my money for nothing but a walk of shame.

As we were eating we kindy asked the young lady not to sweep close to our table because dust was flying everywhere. She told us with an attitude that it was her job to sweep and kept sweeping close to us.We asked to speak to the manager and she was the manager.
