Devante and ethan was freaking awesome tonight! First time walking into this place and they were both very helpful. Nice guys and great spirits. And great deals ;) definally coming back to this location to see them. P.s I hope they get a raise because damn it they deserve it! Keep the good works motivated and wanting to coming back everyday to make someone day special. 💯

A young man Named ethan that made my order. made stopping in wonderful, i will 100% come back, he put good portions and had amazing costumer service and complimented my outfit, he is a out going young man glad to still see that nowadays,

This comment is specifically for the gentleman named Dayonta (or something to this effect. My receipt got wet 🫠).
Give this extraordinary young man a raise. My mother, son, and I stopped by to get my mom a burrito and my son some chips and cheese. Dayonta was so kind and professional. He really made my day and was so sweet to my son. Give him a raise. I would come back strictly because of that encounter.

Probably won't go back to this location. Ordered online, then got to the restaurant and...I don't know, maybe the staff was tired but they seemingly did not want to be at work. They weren't rude or anything, just not very...welcoming? Maybe I just missed a huge lunch rush or something or they were just over it.

I will say, my burrito was pretty amazing.

Ervina and Charlie at this Location are truly exceptional! It was a breath of fresh air to deal with them both, who are second to none with their customer service. I hope the Moe’s Corporate and management team know how much of an asset these two are for them!!! Rockstars!

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

The entire team’s attitude and appearance were unprofessional—something you’d expect out of the backwoods, not a business. It’s clear they resent both their jobs and having to actually serve customers. The only mildly decent part was the forced “welcome to Moses,” but every other interaction was rude, dismissive, and downright unpleasant. Lastly the food was subpar.

Food was ok. Tasted like old dish rags somehow. Also, store needed to at least be swept and tables cleaned. Was dirty imcluding crumbs all over floor.

This is my favorite Moe's location. We often see the manager (maybe owner?) and he's always friendly and takes great care of us. Food is always prepared wonderfully and the sauce bar and restaurant is clean and well kept. 5 stars all the way around.

Moe's use to be the place to be! It was clean because no one was there... lots of food available but it looked like it was sitting there for a little while. Still taste great though lol 😆

Either way it's not as vibrant in Regency anymore.

Lisa was the BEST! There were only 2 people working and the line was long. Lisa took the customer's orders and got the line moving quickly while the other young lady cashed everyone out. She gave large portions and made my burrito & bowl perfectly. The hot items were perfectly temped, and the food was delicious.
The salsa bar was fully stocked with all the various salsas and sauces.
The dining room was emaculate too.

My kids love Moes. They begged to go to this one because it’s by the comic book store they love.
Unfortunately the homeless folks taking up the booths eating cereal they brought put a damper on the mood

Tbh I am constant customer that used to come at least once a week but now I’m just not going to come back to this location everytime I get chili con queso it’s either they forge to put it in a bag and get irritated or it has this weird behind strings in it that taste horrible. No other Moe’s is like this but this one after tonight I’m down coming here I’m
Tired of spending my money on people who can’t do something so simple.
