$22 for this… since when did moes become so stingy with their food. Like im the paying customer I shouldn’t be paying this much for nothing. The cheese on the side is an extra 2 bucks and you fill it halfway..Absolutely horrible. The workers couldn’t care less. Stay clear of this location as they are stingy and absolutely dirty inside.

Just stood in line for 20 mins (the line was out the door) and we were next in line to have our food made and they no joke were only making to go orders. No one would make eye contact with us. Terrible service will not return.

I come to this Moe’s a lot and never have i ever had worse service than today. Not only that these two decided to make fun of an overweight handicap person when they walked in. Saying in front of my 9 year old son ewwww his stomach is hanging out that’s disgusting bra. I hate to leave this review because until now it has been great. Back to chipotle I go. Lil dirk and 21 savage aren’t it Moe’s corporate. Sad that good help is so hard to find and I got a tiny burrito lmao thanks but no thanks.

I went in for a refund since my order was made incorrectly and while the manager took care of my refund the other employees were very unprofessional and were making smart comments about me and my requesting a refund. Save your money and go somewhere else. These employees are unprofessional and disrespectful.

As a chain, I like Moes. But this store always messes up our delivery orders. At first it was just something small like a missing topping, annoying but no big deal.But the last time we ordered we got maybe half the food we normally get for the same price. After waiting a few months we decided to give it another go, and tonight everything was wrong. We could only tell it was our order and not someone else's order because it was two bowls and a burrito.I don't think I'll be giving this store a third chance.

I placed an online order while driving towards this Moe's location. Ten minutes after the order was supposed to ready (30 minutes after placing the order to be more transparent), not one worker in the store attempted to make the order or to apologize for the inconvenience. This location is never my go to because the last time I was here (again in full transparency, it's been years) they had live roaches roaming around the store. Since it's been years and the health department has not shut them down, I took a chance today. Never again. The line was about 7 people deep when I entered (again in full disclosure about 10 minutes before the 'order ready time' from my email). During that time, one mobile order was prepared. Once two other mobile customers came in, the "manager" then asked for names. I interjected that I had been waiting much longer and she replied and you'll still be waiting as we're handling customers in line. I said I will reach back out to a manager but that is a poor business decision as we have already been charged and have been waiting for 30 minutes since ordering. Those last customers had not had as long of a wait nor had they paid so they had options to leave. That that policy is bad customer service. She proceeded to say she was the manager and she made the decision to serve those in line first. I said and now we can't even get a refund and she said I could wait until she felt like it. Obviously, I'll dispute this charge since I didn't get serviced but this location needs to terminate her instantly. Good service starts from the head and if she is a manager, she reflects how dirty the restaurant was and how slow the service was. The alleged general manager said that he would refund my money by noon the next day. It's been over a week and they still haven't refunded my money. Steer clear of this Moe's location!

I went in on Monday around 7:00.The lady making the food was unkind and not personable at all. I got the quesadilla club and the 3 crumbles of bacon with bacon grease was awful. The lettuce was old and wilted. My husband got a burrito and ask for bacon and instead of making more bacon she proceeded to add just bacon grease on his burrito. We asked for queso and was filled 1/2 way. They chips were so greasy and they basically gave us crumbs. When we gotTo check out the lady asked if we were going to leave a tip without telling me my total which I found odd. The atmosphere vibe was not professional as there was a man with pj pants in the back area walking around. I also overheard the lady making the steak that she didn’t care that it was burnt or “extra well done” that people will eat it. I’m not sure if it was an off day but it was my first and last time going to this restaurant

I love Moe's! I catered Moe's for my wedding and we used this location. Jimmy and Steve were amazing every step of the way! The customer service and food were above and beyond what I had hoped for. I would book them again and I recommend them to anyone looking for catering. We also ate lunch here while running wedding errands and the food/service was really good as well!

Like most fast food, Moe’s quality has fallen as well.Lights were off. Only 3 other people in there close to lunch time on a Sunday.I do like that I wasn’t yelled at walking in. Servers were polite and helpful when making my food.Not the only burrito place in the area. Consider what you like first
