I usually love moes, I wish I could rate the food here but I never got to try it, if I have to wait more then 10-15 minutes before anyone acknowledges my existence or says hi or anything imma just go across the street to chipotle

The Manager Sabrina....Chef's kiss. This beautiful establishment was gracious enough to Bless TSA employees with their delicious Southwest flair during the recent Government shutdown. TSA Officers were working the entire time without pay. Chick Fila...here's your competition. Thank you again for your generosity and compassionate spirit...God Bless your establishment with an overflow of business where you cannot contain it!!!!...also thank you tremendously Coach Scott, she didn't block your blessing😇

Managers were trashy and all of the employees are clearly not trained well, the general manager I think it is was just sitting on his laptop while his customers work. Don’t recommend this place.

This was our family’s very first experience at Moe’s Southwest Grill—and it won’t be our last! We weren’t sure what to order at first, but Demetria’s suggestions were absolutely spot on. The restaurant was spotless, the service was exceptionally kind, and the food was delicious. Both the manager and assistant manager even came by personally to check on us, which made us feel truly valued. Invisible, we were not! We’ll definitely be dining here again. :0)

Had ordered online. Estimate ready at 1:07pm. Walked out at 1:36pm. After they helped 5 walk-ins before even acknowledging my existence, I decided maybe I just need to wait in line like a walk-in. Nope, still told to wait where I originally was. Ten minutes after I forced the acknowledgement (and two more walk-ins by the way) they make my food.

Super clean super friendly staff and great food got the burrito bowl and a bowl of queso on the side *chefs kiss* however the guacamole SUCKED everything else though really good
